We found 911 Air on a 2nd opinion request from our home warranty company. Our system was on its last leg and we knew it. First warranty company contractor was at our house for 20 minutes and said everything was fine. They took our deductible and refused to return our calls. We knew there was a problem and disputed the eval. 911 Air immediately identified multiple holes in our coil and offered us a great price on a new system. Without hesitation, they did extra work for no cost that wasn't included in the initial quote. Really great company. Very impressed with the honesty, professionalism, and customer service. Ricky installed and services our system and can't say enough good things.

I use 911 Air for service on my rental properties and my personal home. Danny always gives me options on how to repair or correct my AC systems, and is up front with me on what I need, what I have to have, and what I don't need. The prices he charges are very reasonable and the service is top notch. He just replaced my 4 ton AC system at my home, but that was my choice. I chose the new system over a repair that I could have made to my 11 year old system. It is very nice to have an HVAC company (and a contractor in general) that I can trust.

Enjoyed having the technicians at my house, they were very polite and very well organized. I have to say I have very pleased with my new system they installed for me. This was my first experience having to do any kind of AC repair as a homeowner. I was so afraid of being taken advantage of and having to pay too much. I chose 911 Air because of the great reviews, and it was the right choice! Danny returned my call promptly, came on time, and was able to fix the issue easily (simple broken wire). He was up front and let me know that my unit was very old, just so I could be aware of issues in the future. I'm so glad he did, and any ol' technician could have just as easily told me the unit needed to be replaced right then, since it was so old. Thank you Danny for quality, trustworthy work!

I tend to be a very picky person ,especially when it come to someone working at or in my home ! After consulting with 911 i was very pleased and felt comfortable enough to invite them into my home to service and maintain my unit at my home ! Their services are top notch and prices have been competitive ! I use 911 now for all my heating and AC needs for not just my home , but for the homes of my parents and siblings as well !!!!
