These guys really worked hard to fix our problem. They were honest and straightforward with their pricing. If you need any plumbing work done I highly recommend them.

We went to dinner and when we got home, our AC was out. We called and within a few minutes, we had a return call with someone getting our information. Charlie came right away and had it fixed fast. Great job, Great service.

They are professional and prompt. The guy they sent me was personal and very helpful. He showed me the inside and out of what he saw and was friendly about any questions I had. They are quick and good at what they do. My unit was totally rusted and they told me that it needed replacement but that they could repair it if it was in my best interest. They also gave me all the ups and downs of either. I decided on a new unit and they installed it in 2 and 1/2 hours. And a week later it is nice and warm in my home. 😁

I called Jones, they came quickly and found I needed a smart fan unit. The parts house sent the wrong part, so another had to be ordered. It was an excellent job after a second visit, even came in under the quote. I am very happy and definitely will continue to use them.

The gentleman that has work on our unit twice in the last year was super nice and friendly. But we had the same part replaced twice in the last 11 months. There was nothing the manager could do about the price we paid around $500 each time, and he stated that the warranty on their part expires within 3 to 6 months, which we were never told last time. This will be the last time we call them.

I have use Jones heating air conditioner and plumbing Several times and I am very pleased with their work. They are dependable Honest and provide the service that I needed every time. I will use them again. Jones heating air-conditioning and plumbing treat you like family I think that is the reason why I continue to use them

I had to call an electrician at the last minute. They sent someone out immediately. It’s been nearly a month and none of our breakers have tripped. Very satisfied with the service we received!!
