Our tech, Chris, is always great! Above and beyond. We normally just need a bit of a recharge due to a small leak. This most recent time, I had them fix the leak as well. He and his helper fixed up that mess we had yesterday and over exceeded my expectations. Very good job, will continue to see our business.

Chris came out and cleaned our dryer vent duct. He was very kind, courteous , and professional. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors!

These guys have always taken care of me. Courteous and will definitely take care of you. Never try to sale you anything you don't need. I've used them for years and now getting a new unit. Didn't even call anywhere to compare prices because I knew they would be fair.

The air went out suddenly and of course on the weekend ...they returned my call quickly, they showed up when they said, told me what it should cost to repair and had everything he needed...his name is chris and he was so polite and professional...it was fixed probably within an hour and was done.for two old folks on disability this was a miracle to us. Oh yes! And there were no extra charges for after hours! Thank you ECO and thank you Chris! We will be using you from now on!

On Memorial Day, our air was not cooling well. Chris was out to the house in shirt order. He found the system was freezing up due to it being low on freon. the system is 23 years old and had developed a small leak. Chris and I spoke at length about replacement units. He is very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. Over the next couple of weeks they were great about answering questions. We scheduled a time for replacement of the unit including duct cleaning, an ionizer and new thermostat. Chris and Jeremy arrived on time. They were both professional and courteous answering my questions along the way and keeping the work area clean. As they were able to recover freon they just pit in two weeks prior it helped lower the installation cost as additional freon was not needed. I'm very happy with the service and products and will likely have them do the twice per year maintenance on the system. Great job - Thank you!

Found this company after buying a house in Dothan. AC was freezing up in Spring 2021 and they were able to top up the refrigerant. AC went out in Spring 2022 and they were able to replace the compressor relay and top up the refrigerant again in less than 30 minutes. They price everything fairly and don't try to sell components or systems that aren't needed. They accurately tell you what the health of the system is and fix what's needed. After the most recent service, this is my go-to HVAC company. Friendly, effective, and efficient service without upcharging or trying to sell unneeded service or parts. Five star service all day, every day.

Chris came out and did repairs on the A/C and dryer vent. He was so nice. And so professional . Great company to use.

Horrible, horrible service. There is a warranty with the A/C they installed last year. We called on a Tuesday, they said they’d be here Wednesday between 11-2p. By 430p, we were calling them to see if they were still coming. We were told yes. By 545p, still no show or no call. We called back, no answer. We repeatedly called & left messages Thurs - Monday & still no call back. The weather the past week has been in the 100’s so it’s stifling in the house. It’s now Tuesday (6 days since original appointment) & it took a email for someone to finally call back. It shouldn’t take email from my MIL for someone to finally return our calls! They said they’ll either be out late afternoon today or first thing tomorrow AM. Nobody came today so we’ll see if they come tomorrow. I’m honestly not holding by breath at this point.

After reading such awesome reviews about Eco heating and cooling, I gave them a call around 6:15AM. They called back promptly and said they would be here before 9. Well they were here about 8, and within 5 minutes they had my air working. They even gave me an estimate on a new system since mine was over 20 yrs old. It was very reasonable. Please if you have any air conditioning or heating problems do not hesitate to give them a call. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Hey, Chris thanks for a job well done.
