Air Command

I was charged $105 for a service call and $150 labor charge to estabish a vacuum on a mini split system. The office told me pulling a vacuum would be part of service call. No additional freon was required. The technician was at the house for ~45 minutes, the office is 3 miles from house. The additional charges were not revealed until I was given an invoice.

I can’t recommend them enough! I already got one of my colleagues to use them for an AC repair last year and she had a great experience as well. They are extremely reasonable on pricing, explain what is wrong, and double check everything before they leave.
I also love that every time I’ve called they’ve been able to come out the same day. We typically see Austin, but today Ramon was our tech and I can say they were both extremely professional and got the job done while I was on my lunch break.
I also really like Kim in their office. When our unit was dripping she reminded me to put a bowl under the unit so it didn’t ruin our floors.
This is just a great company overall!

Over the years each time we have called the Commander family about a problem or a tune up, they have shown up within the hour and fixed it. They are wonderfully welcoming and caring. Honestly if I moved two states over I think they would still have shown up on my doorstep when asked. And when you go to look up a book about how customer service should be done, these guys will be on the front cover. They treat customers like family and in the south that is the highest compliment I can give. Many many thanks!

If you're looking for a reliable A/C company, this is the place to call! I've never once called where I had to wait more than a day for them to come out. Had one instance where the tenants in our rental house called us while we were out of town on New Years Eve to let us know the old unit went out. Called John Commander, who went out to check it and by the end of New Years Day, he had a brand new unit installed! Very reasonable rates and top quality workmanship! Not going ANYWHERE else!

I came home on Friday night to discover that my air conditioning has gone out. And I knew the service calls were double the price after hours and on weekends. But this would have meant a second night in a row that my family had to sleep in the house at 78ﾟ. So I called up Air Command because a friend of mine had a good experience with them. They responded promptly and had my conditioning up and running in less than an hour and it only cost me $230. Austin and Brandon were both very professional and I highly recommend Air Command to anyone for their air conditioning needs

This is by far the best experience that I have had with any of the HVAC contractors in our area and unfortunately I have had to use several of them. We have had non stop issues with our original system and John went out of his way to keep my family comfortable while I was out of town for work until we could figure out the best solution for the system we had. He even went out of his way to try and help us get parts under warranty on a system that he didn't install and a brand he doesn't sell. I don't want to write a book so I won't go into detail about all of the things he and his guys did for us, but in the end we decided to replace the system rather than keep dumping money in the old one and these guys do great work at a great price! No other contractor will be touching my system from now on.

A worker named Austin came for a service call and immediately noticed a problem that has been bugging our AC unit for months and fixed it in 30mins. He was very kind and even cleaned up behind himself. I highly recommend this company, and we will be calling again.
