Tommy and his team were so fast taking care of my rental property! The original central heating & air system had to be replaced. We were very impressed with Capital! We had our old split AC and furnace systems replaced. They made everything from the initial quote, to getting financing, to the install itself very easy and fast. Our unit died, and they were able to visit and quote us quickly. Once we accepted they almost immediately setup our financing and had us booked for install the next day. Everyone involved was very kind, genuine and professional. Quality of install was very impressive. Really happy with our decision to work with them.

I had an A/C issue in the late evening and was not able to call until 7:00 when they opened. A technician arrived at 8:00, and he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me as he was handling the repairs. The invoice and payment process was also very efficient and explained in detail.

I purchased a Genarac Whole House generator from Capital Heating and Cooling. It's easy to call Cindy and make an appointment for an Annual tune-up. Their Service techs are on-time and fully trained. Based on their track record over the last 3 years I've been impressed and satisfied with everything they've done.

The tech arrived as scheduled and fixed our problems in a timely manner. He was informative and advised us on what needed to be fixed. He was able to get our unit back running in less than 2 hours. Would recommend to everyone!!

Very Responsive. Quick service. But expensive. Charge $300 to replace capacitor on my HVAC which cost $30 on Amazon. If you have an urgency, I would recommend them. The technician Bill Short already had the part and everything was done within 45 minutes. Again great service. 👍.
