Wonderful company, the owner and his crew are very experienced, I am very impressed with how the owner leads by example and is a true patriot.

They are very fast coming out, also do a superior job at installing and repair that is unmatched by other companies. The office is very professional and always answers phone calls.

Zach and his team are awesome. Tiffany is always quick to call and get things scheduled even after hours and on the weekend.

I’ve used them for install of mini-split systems on a detached garage and apartment, as well as maintenance on my home HVAC system. Always prompt, honest about what’s needed and works to get the best price on parts. It’s nice to have an HVAC installer I can trust after working with several that left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

They not only answered and called back at all hours of the day and night but had someone out working on our unit within the same day or next day. They made sure we had heat during the coldest winter and even called to check on us the night after they had been out to make sure we were ok. Super friendly and efficient!

We had an issue with the HVAC unit not turning on and Brandon was able to diagnose and repair my issue.

I've been using Mitchell's heating and cooling of Lacey's Spring for many years now at my house and my rental property and wouldn't even think about considering anyone else to take care of my heating and cooling systems, I highly recommend them, his employees are very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable at what they do. I highly recommend them should you be in need of someone you can trust to do the job right and not overcharge you for it.

Mitchells came out to replace my HVAC unit when my old one stopped working. I didn’t have a choice, as my home warranty company chose who I had to work with. He charged me $285 for duct work. When I crawled under there, I noticed the duct work was exposed and he did not wrap insulation around it like you’re supposed to. It made it so that squirrels and mice crawled up into it. He came out to “fix” it and charged me $100 for nothing. I ended up using another company out of Cottontown and spending more money than

If I could give them 100 stars I would down to earth hard working people. I drive 18 wheelers they went out there way to set a time and day that would work for us both. Once the guy made it he fixed heater explained everything that he fixed and even cleared my drains . I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done

They have some of the nicest people working there and best customer service I have found in this business! Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me with my HVAC unit that they initially installed but wasn't even their problem! It got resolved so thank you!
