The team members at Integrity Services have been professional, knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and communicative from day one. I’ve had 12+ years in my house of calls to other HVAC companies, but this one is without question the best Heating and Cooling service provider in North Alabama from my experiences. They went above and beyond to identify any issues, provide details and examples, and answer any questions I had. They took the time I needed to get an understanding and also were quick to complete a job well done. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their work. I will utilize them for the critical system maintenance checks at my properties going forward.

With the deluxe plan offered by Integrity, my technician came out same day and repaired my fan motor at no additional cost for the service call. The part was under warranty, therefore, I had no out of pocket expenses. I system is up and running, the service technician was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful in my home. Thank you all.

Had new units installed 3-4 years ago. Since it was new, they have had to replace the coil in the downstairs unit once. Thankfully under warranty. Now there's another problem as it is still leaking Freon and they can't seem to find the leak. They are coming back today to put nitrogen in it to help with that. When the tech entered the small space where the air handlers reside, his leg bumped the PVC drain line for the upstairs unit and it broke. I saw him do it but it didn't immediately fall apart so didn't think much of it. After he left I went to check it and sure enough, the pipe was broken, not just cracked. He didn't bother fixing it, but he will today when he comes back and I point out what he did. Not cool. I'm glad they are trying their best to make it right. If the leak is due to their installation, then all will be covered. If not it's on me and this is getting expensive.

I was having problems with my AC unit. The inspector was personable and thorough. He taught me somethings about AC units and helped me with all that I asked. I was able to fix the AC unit, the capacitor was done, but he helped assure me that the other parts of the unit were working well enough. Money well spent. I would recommend.

In addition to duct cleaning and insulation being blown in we had the system aero sealed. The process took the better part of the day and started with three people before I was done a fourth showed up to assist. They were all very hard workers taking time to answer my questions and explaining the process.

Very professional group and will recommend Integrity in the future to others.

Ben did a terrific job of servicing our HVAC unit. He was also able to troubleshoot an issue that we’ve been having with keeping certain parts of the house temperate. We’re going to put some more insulation in and seal up a few leaks.

Austin worked in the pouring rain to work on the heating unit and then when determined a part was needed, made sure that he returned to finish the job the next day. The weather forecast was for dropping temperatures the coming few days and we needed heat. Very impressed with the dedication and quality of work. I highly recommend Integrity.

I have been so impressed with all the employees of this business from the first person who answers the phone, to the person who schedules your appointment, to the person who comes to your home to conduct the service. Everyone is so polite and they have not hesitated to take the time to educate me on my system. I got an appointment within 24 hours which was a life saver. I highly recommend their services.

We used Integrity because they offered a great deal on HVAC maintenance but we were so happy with their work and our tech that we purchased a maintenance agreement with them and had a programmable thermostat installed while he was here. The tech was so polite, explained the programs clearly with no pressure to buy and even put on shoe covers before entering our home.
