I called around 5:30p and told them I was having a problem with my HVAC. They said they would get somebody out, hopefully tonight, maybe tomorrow, but probably tonight. At 8:45p my doorbell rang. He was in and out in 10 minutes. Fixed the problem, super polite, and let me know how I can prevent the issue in the future. Really quality service. Thank you!

Always good people. They have always gone above and beyond. We have found them to be honest and trustworthy. Have used them for years and will continue to call on this company for our heating and cooling needs. An extra shout out for Nick who serviced our AC today. River Region Heating and Air were very nice people. I called and told them about my air conditioning being broken by a limb breaking off and falling on it, they gave me a quote. They were able to come the next day and replace my unit. The installers were very nice and courteous guys.
I will recommend them to my family and friends for their air and heating needs.

When I contacted them a technician came out the same day the maintenance price was very reasonable for what service and complete check of entire system a follow up call was needed and the technician joe was flexible and stayed in touch with me the entire time and explained everything to me in detail in layman’s terms the customer service is top notch and I have already know that all my AC work and maintenance I need will definitely be using this business as my go to in the future
