Climate Control

I’m currently not a paying customer of Climate Masters, however Mr.Richard and the young lady I spoke to were quick to help me locate the company that installed my units. They called me back within minutes with the company name and phone number. This is customer service at its finest! They look out for their neighbors. If my units were not under warranty I would be using this business for sure!!! Maybe in the future I will pick up where we left off. Hats off to the staff at this location. Hospitality Champs!

Update - Manager fixed issue for free. Went above and beyond to make it right. I'm good now! This is important!

My experience with the HVAC team was positive. After spending $10k on an air conditioner, I decided to use their plumbing department to fix my toilet (my dad and I incorrectly installed it). They have bailed on me twice as the plumber is still doing a pipe job. Why even bother to put me on the schedule? Now, I can't do it the rest of the week. Won't be using them again.

I use Gene from Climate control and he never lets me down. He’s courteous and gets the job done. He came today for my bi-yearly service contract. Also, Randy in sales came out today. He was also friendly and got his job done. Use Climate Control for your air conditioning needs. I also referred my Aunt Lisa Hardeman to y’all. They are happy with your service.

Roman came out to perform a maintenance repair on our heating system . Roman was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. He fixed the problem and explained everything in no time . I truly recommend Climate Control.
