Same Day Air is a GREAT COMPANY. I had an emergency and they came out the SAME DAY. The staff was easy to work with and exceptionally polite. My situation was solved very quickly and I will continue to use the same company. If you are looking for fast reliable service this is the company I highly recommend. Thank you Same Day Air!

( BTW after reading some of the ratings I just want to clarify that I am a real person who does not work, nor do I know anyone that works for this company.. So my testimony is based solely on my experience and I know that Mr. Andy didn't over charge me. I have friends that work on A/C and after telling them my experience with the after service call, I was assured that this company didn't over charge me )

Does anyone know how to reach Same Day air? It says online theyre open til 8pm. When I call this number I get a recording saying I've reached Champion Technology institute in Mobile. I looked up the address and its in the same bldg. I have a contract with Same day Air and I need them to come out.

I've used Same Day Heating and Air for years. They check my heat pump spring and fall, keep it running flawlessly!! They support technology, such as surge protectors to keep equipment protected. Their technicians are top notch and thoroughly professional. Prices for services have always been the best!! Thanks!!!

When I called this business they were quick to answer the phones and get a very respectable technician out to our place. I was recently laid off from my job and the owner Andy Cross was very understanding, and help me manage a pay plan that worked for the business and quality of our home. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I called them on a Saturday after the AC went out in a house my grandmother is staying in. They made it out just a few short hours after I called and provided exceptional service. My aunt said that the technician that showed up was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly as well as the lady that took my payment over the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will call them again if service is needed.

They have bad customer service. My mother had purchase an air conditioner from them with a warranty. They lied and told me that the warranty died with her. That was a lie. Now I to get parts and anything myself. Even though it is coveted them because they to sorry to fo what is right. I am not going back to them again again.

This is the worst company I have ever used in my life. The owner (Andy Cross) called me at 11:00pm the night before my scheduled appointment the next day to verify I would be there. Once the technician arrived the next day, an hour and a half late I might add, he was very dirty and unorganized. It took him an hour to tell me I had a bad compressor and that the only thing to do was replace the system. After that I got a phone call from the boss being very pushy about replacing the unit and I got the feeling as if he was talking down to me as if I was dumb. The next day I had a tech from a different company come out and replaced a capacitor? Had me up and running in 30 minutes. I strongly suggest using a difrerent company.

Great customer relations. The owner is always available. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely helpful with my Air Conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Air Conditioning Company.

Was a wonderful company until it was sold. New owner has blown me off several times with bad excuses then stopped responding. Maintenance appt was no call no show. Now I'm out an HVAC company and probably screwed on the warranty for the equipment they installed.
