Myers was called out twice to assess mom’s A/C unit. Technician Barry Hall came out, this time. Barry was prompt. Barry was very pleasant to talk with. He didn’t just come in and stay for a minute or two, Barry took time to assess the situation. Barry was very knowledgeable of job and did an excellent assessment of the problem.
Myers installed a new AC/Heat Pump. The price was reasonable and the service was great! Jesse and Alan arrived on time. They were very pleasant to work with and very professional in their work. Bottom line- Great Value, Great Service!
The did an amazing job installing a bypass in my multiple zone HVAC. Drew came and identified the problem and explained what needed to be done for the system be up to code that the contractors and city neglected. Jesse came to do the job 2 days later after Drew’s recommendation. Very professional and experienced team, however, one thing they can improve is clean up after themselves. There were zip ties pieces, duct pieces, tape and screws in my attic A/C area. Other than that was a wonderful experience. Thank you, and I recommend this company.
Myers put in a new air conditioner for us 4 years ago and every year we have had issues with wiring issues such as being wired wrong. Next year issues with wiring outside. Our air conditioner is out now, we try to call Myers but nobody answers and you put in a text message but no response. I call Air Now and get an answer by a very sweet lady who puts in a request to one of her servicemen. Serviceman contacts us within 15 minutes and is on his way out. Myers needs to work on their customer service and ways to respond. Myers needs to hire technicians that know how to wire air conditioners. Craziness for new unit!
Our water heater is faulty a few minutes into a hot shower and the water would turn cold. John & triston are our technicians. They looked at it for a while told me they needed to order a part. I thought to myself ok, but a few hours after they left I go to use the water and it doesn’t work. I thought maybe they turned the lever and I need to switch it back on, but when I went to the water heater it’s completely pulled apart and if I turn it on the water will flood. They didn’t tell me that part at all, they also didn’t tell me when the part would come in. BTW they order the part from Montgomery and we live in Montgomery. Over a week later the part comes and they install it and say that part isn’t the issue and they need to order another part (also from Montgomery) another weeks gone by no part and we have zero hot water. What really irritates me is our situation is worse than before we paid them to fix the problem and they still haven’t fixed it and they’re communion is non existent Take that in consideration when seeking services from this company.
Meyers was the assigned company to deal with our air conditioner. Our home warranty company has sent them to us on 2 separate occasions. This time Sam is the name of the technician. We cannot thank him enough! The storms had caused the air conditioner to stop. I suspected that it may have been a blown capacitor which had happened several years ago. He was scheduled to come between 1-4 pm because we had 2 Dr appointments in Dothan. Sam was coming from Montgomery. He called at 9:30 am, as we were enroute to Dr#1. Was early. He asked if I would give him permission to check out our unit outside. He was able to fix it in just minutes. We were able to turn on the system remotely. No more 90° indoor temps!
Myers Comfort Specialist was sent to my house through our Home Warranty Service. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I called the morning of and the female secretary was polite and informative. Mr. Drew (Technician) called before he arrived and showed up when he said he would. At the end of the appointment Mr. Drew almost felt like family. We swapped stories about wives and kids while he worked. We cut up and laughed while he diagnosed my problem. At the end of it all Mr. Drew and I parted ways with smiles and stories for days. Thanks guys.
As part of our home warranty agreement we contacted Myers to repair or replace a garbage disposal. They set up an appt time, we’re on time and completed a replacement quickly.
For the sake of familiarity with our cooling system and customer service, I want Myers to be our go to for all heating/cooling requirements! Lastly, my dog loves the entire team of professionals at Myers…. Therefore, I love them tooo!
