Very professional and polite. Came out and inspected my heater and repaired a broken igniter. They were very quick and knowledgeable, and I will gladly continue to come to them in the future for my heating/air needs.

The Techs that came (Dewayne and Faron) were extremely personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me after work was completed. Discussed my system setups and answered my questions about how to increase efficiency and reliability.
My family has used Lucky for years. I'm 40yrs old and remember them replacing a unit in my parents house when I was a small kid.
