    We LOVE Earley Air Control. We used them once through our home warranty company and now we request them exclusively. They sent us someone else once and the service was horrible and the company wanted to overcharge and do unnecessary repair work. We called the warranty company back and requested a second opinion with our trusted company, Earley. Guys came out took their time to get the right answers and did the right work at a better cost. We will only be using Earley for all our air needs in the future. GREAT customer service.

    EAC was called to repair my interior blower motor. They came out same day which was great. The technician did his job very efficiently. The price they charged my was 400% more than the manufacturers suggested retail price. They charged me $280 for a $70-$80 U.S. Motors part #1864 blower motor. Criminal! Buyer beware!!!!!

    They kept lying to me. Expected me to wait 1 week and 4 days to get my AC fixed. Totally unacceptable. I called Hansen and Hansen fixed it THE NEXT DAY! I will never use them again. And....I live in Semmes. I thought they would take care of their neighbors.

    We have used Earley for 18 years, they are always thorough, make sure the job is done right the first time and make sure they clean up behind themselves so it’s like they were never here, except your problem is fixed.

    My favorite thing about Earley isn't the non competitive pricing, incompetent owners or even their blatant disregard for the rule of law. It's the fact they've been in business for decades and somehow continue to convince people to use their services.

    All we can do is pray that the devil stops protecting this business and god strikes it down into the heartless sea.

    Great work, only one small issue. The first phone call was Sissy and she was a doll. My second call, was another woman. She was rude, which had me second guessing using them. Then Charlie came out and I couldn't ask for better. Thoroughly checked everything, I don't fear having to call them back for the same issue. I can overlook the second woman over the phone for the great work he did and give them 5 stars.

    These people couldn't fix a hole in the ground. They make up imaginary parts you need and charge you an extra 600$ for them. If by chance they leave your house with the AC unit functioning, enjoy it, because it won't be in a week. They must train/encourage there employees to be crooks.
