Our AC unit went down. In the past used a “name brand” company and paid $750 for the same service. We needed a capacitor replaced. I was very happy with how responsive and the price compared to the other guys. So happy we choose to support local.

My AC went out and the service tech came over the same day. It was the end of his workday and he stayed past dark to get the issue figured out. I have used this company for several years and always had a professional experience. Very satisfied!
Four Seasons technician did a very thorough cleaning of our A/C unit and pointed out an exposed wire to the sun that would eventual fry our system. They took pictures to document the issue and also had to replace our capacitator. The A/C unit is 13 years old and these items will hopefully extend its life a little longer. They just didn't want to sell me a new unit. They built trust with me and will buy a new unit from Four Seasons in the future.
I had the company provide a second opinion of my HVAC system. George was fantastic. He arrived on time and gave an honest assessment that included pictures. Typically, these are the type of things you dread to deal with but in the future I look forward to having Four Seasons come back out and handle my heating and air conditioning needs. They have my confidence!

It was notice I had a gas leak by my furnace handler in an outside mechanical room. Four Seasons responded promptly. Following the service the tec's came to my door and explained all the services preformed before leaving. I was very happy their professional services.
Great when you have an appointment but no so great when you have an emergency with your AC.. Phone service kept me on hold for 10 minutes then sent me to voicemail... Never received a call back that evening or the next morning... ugh
A/c education on a dual thermostat unit. My technician was very helpful, any thankfully there wasn’t anything wrong with my unit. But really educated me on how to control my thermostats so I don’t freeze my unit again.
