The technician arrived on time and gave me info about what he planned to do.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the replacement parts from the truck.
He recommended an upgrade to address my concern with compressor service life. The tech quickly installed the new parts and confirmed proper operation. I am very satisfied with Chandler Air.

The technician, Mr. McCarthy, was excellent and brought in parts from the unit that needed to be replaced, and demonstrated and explained why they should be changed out to avoid a more costly repair later down the road. He was very efficient, thorough, professional, and courteous. I felt he was being honest about the condition of my unit and did not use any pressure techniques or try to sell me a new a/c. Very positive experience with Chandler Air.

Such a pleasant experience with Keenan McCarthy this morning. Such a friendly young man and very knowledgeable too. We talked extensively about my AC and he answered all my questions and offered valuable information on protecting the unit to extend it's life. My unit was fixed quickly and he stayed to make sure all was running perfectly before he left.

Every step of the process of replacing the 30-year-old heat pumps in our new home was as stress free as possible. Many thanks to Mike, Hector and Jesus for the awesome work they performed in this all-day-long installation! Highly recommend Chandler Air!!!

Chandler Air is great. I had an old AC unit on my house. My wife called me at work to let me know that our AC was blowing warm air. I called Chandler Air and they were super responsive. They came out within hours and gave us sensible options without hard selling us. I like that! I chose to buy a new AC unit and within three days it was installed! We called Chandler Air on a Monday morning because our AC stopped working over the weekend and they sent their technician, James, out to diagnose the issue. He came out the same day and in a matter of minutes figured out the problem, which luckily was a quick and easy repair. We had previously used various companies through our Home Warranty program and never had great service/fast response times like we did with Chandler Air. We really appreciate the quick response time, fair pricing and honesty overall. We hope to use Chandler Air to replace our units at the end of the year and are grateful they were able to help us with our repair so that we can make it through one more summer with our old units. 🤞 Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Chandler Air with replacing our AC unit. The quoting process was quick and easy, and it didn’t take long to schedule an appointment to install the ac. Our technicians, Michael & Hector were on time, professional and courteous and were able to get everything done in half a day, which we really appreciate in this AZ heat. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely be a returning customer.

After having no air for over 24 hours and sleeping in a house that was 97°. I called Chandler air but before I called Chandler air, I called my home warranty to see if they could help me out. The earliest they could help me was Thursday evening. Since today is Monday and last night was so miserable I decided to call Chandler air based on the reviews I read on Google. They got me in same day and even four hours after I called. This is better than the last three companies that were called since yesterday Hector came out and fixed my AC within minutes he let me know about the warranties that they offer, and was on time and courteous. I would recommend Chandler air for anyone.

We’ve used Chandler Air twice now. About a 18mo ago, we replaced a full unit with them. We interviewed a handful of HVAC companies at the time and decided to go with Chandler Air because they were honest, professional, and provided a good value. We trusted them and they did a good job.

We moved to a new home in Gilbert shortly after the install. In our new home, our upstairs and downstairs units needed some parts replaced. Chandler Air was able to put us on the schedule for same day we called- which was today! They were also able to diagnose, explain and show me what was going wrong, AND fix it on the same day. James was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
