My experience was excellent with Discount Air. I had had another major company come to my client's home to repair two Rheem units, and it was apparent that he was very inexperienced, so I ended up not having that company complete the needed work and called Discount. Caleb, the technician, was very knowledgeable, explained the issues to be addressed, and did not try to up-sell me to make more money. I highly recommend Discount Air for their honesty and integrity!

Mike Davis and his crew at Discount Air have been in our community for many years. Their reputation has been good, but this was my first time using them. I have been using other companies for my services till contacting Mike and Conlin and now realize I should have using them much earlier!

I inquired about installing air purifiers on my HVAC systems at my house (4 total). Another well-known HVAC company in the Valley gave me a quote for the exact identical air purifiers and Mike's quote was more than half less. From the time speaking with Conlin until his crew showed up at my property was less than 2 hours and they were finished within less than 2 hours after arrival. Grand total savings over $4,000.

Mike came out quickly on a Sunday morning emergency call with no questions asked, no sales talk, no membership plans or discussion of upfront fees. I’m not an existing customer, he didn’t know me from “Adam”. It turned out to be a really simple fix even though my husband and I spent the last day googling what could be wrong and how we might be able to repair it ourselves, since our warranty company was making us wait 2 days in the summer heat. He walked away with nothing but a thank you and a handshake. Left me in tears! I’m sure he will need to charge you at least something for your repairs, since mine took less than 5 minutes, but you can definitely trust that he will do his best to save you money while getting things running in super speed time.

On 3 separate occasions over the years, the Discount Air Care crew has bailed us out on +100F days. So nice to find a contractor that does what they promise and is vey professional and honest!! - thanks guys!!

If you call these people in an emergency, you should plan on dying. Obviously a family shop. Dad might be good, but his kids? Never again.
