Fortunately, our unit went out in the winter and I had time to call around and get a couple of quotes. My last call was to Scott @ American cooling and heating. Scott gave me a quote over the phone $1500 less then the other quotes, with no pressure. Todd came out a couple of days later with a new unit and did a clean professional installation. The other companies I had quotes from were still calling me for a couple of weeks. I very rarely recommend anybody to friends and family, in case something goes wrong! I would recommend this company!

What can I says about them other than they are amazing. Scot, Shaun and Joe have all helped me over the last 2 years in repairing a very old AC and than finally installing my brand new Trane AC last week. I now have American Cooling saved to my favorites on my cell and will not use anyone else.

They are professional in every way, yet they are patient even though they are very busy. I was traveling overseas when they installed new air conditioning and heating systems, but they coordinated with tenants and did the job smoothly. They guaranteed for the best price, also.

$2,000-6000 cheaper than anyone else for a Trane AC heatpump install. Todd showed up when he said he would be here, and even followed up with a Nest thermostat issue that wasn't their fault. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Will never use this place again. Did not do the yearly service and did not finish work they were contracted to do by home warranty company. Pulled my thermostat off wall and I mean pulled it off not taking any care. Replaced it with a POS thermostat and it is now just hanging with the wires exposed. Will not return calls, text, or email. This place should never get any business.

Scot the owner was very informative, answered all my questions and did not try to up sale me, I believe him to be honest and trustworthy and would highly recommend him to anyone which were are doing already, his price was 6000.00 less then the company we had already put a 5000.00 dollar deposit down with. both my wife and I are thrilled with the whole package, he was able to do a same day install that took about 6 hours Todd the Technician had the same attributes as the owner and was very professional
