We've been using this company for years! Love them. Always great customer service and great service for our air and heating systems.

One of the best HVAC companies around, their technicians are non commission and are there to get you unit working not up sale you parts, highly recommend if you want an honest company you can trust.

I used someone else to install my ac, I paid a premium for a trane ac and a service contract. 10 years is what they sold me but after 1-1/2 years there was an issue and they would not even take my call. Efficiency mechanical took my call and worked with me to resolve the issue. I will not call another company ever again. Efficiency Mechanical has a customer for life with me

Another HVAC contractor claimed they could easily move our outdoor ground AC unit and broke the unit with no interest in coming back out to repair ☹️. Efficiency Mechanical bailed us out of this bad situation. It took hours to diagnose what the last vendor had done wrong and the damage as a result. It was twice as expensive as it should have been. Live and learn.

We hired Efficiency Mechanical last summer to install two new package units. We had received five other quotations and they were, by far, the most comprehensive and thorough in their outline of services. The installation went without a glitch and they were very professional and pleasant to work with. Over this past year, we called them during the winter to explain the heating system and just recently to to educate us in controlling the Nest thermostats. Both times, they responded immediately and provided the information we needed. The system has worked perfectly and we highly recommend them. Their name describes the service they provide.

Replaced two units with them this summer and were very happy with the service. Everyone was friendly, professional and they did a great job cleaning up when finished. Our first electric bill was already $200 cheaper for August and I'm cold inside during the day, so we are pleased!

Our unit stopped generating heat last night.
This morning when I called the office for an appt, I was thrilled to hear that someone would be here today!!
Ray came and explained "patiently" what the problem was and was very upfront in letting me know how much the invoice would likely be.
Luckily, he found that we are still under warranty and that would eliminate some of the charges.

Amazing service and response! I can see why so highly recommended. The knowledge and professionalism beat the larger companies in town. The technician explained problem clearly to me and my contractor was listening and commented how knowledgeable. I will be using Efficiency Mechanical for maintenance this fall.
