Ground Zero Plumbing & AC

I've been in property management for 20+ years and it's so frustrating trying to find a quality vendor that you can trust to get the job done quickly and professionally. Ground Zero has been a lifesaver for my 50+ year old property. Without them I wouldn't know what to do. The technicians are always polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. I will never use anyone other than Ground Zero for my plumbing and AC needs! #GroundZeroForTheWin

I just had my free hot water heater flush as a benefit of my Hero Club Membership. Brandon was the technician that handled the service. He was polite, very efficient, and informative. I really appreciated the call I received from Ground Zero that he was on his way & Brandon’s professionalism while he was at my home!

4.7 ☆s. The service was performed in a timely manner and was completed the date it was promised. Derek made sure that the estimate price was held to and no additional charges were applied. The installation professionals were very intent on getting the job done fast and efficiently to the best standards available. The concern for getting the job done was evident in the expedient, rapid entry into the house and setup to get started on the job of removing old equipment and placing new equipment. The end result was a fully functional brand new unit and ductwork.

Great company from start to finish. I needed a brand new A/C system for my home in San Tan Valley. Ground Zero came through at a moments notice. They provide the best equipment for my house and its square footage. The prices they provide for their services are bar-none best in the industry. I was more concerned about the quality workmanship. They provided 3 highly trained HVAC technicians and even had their installation manager on site. I highly recommend Ground Zero for your next Air conditioning repair or installation job. GREAT JOB GROUND ZERO!

Guy was supposed to show between 8-4, shows at 3:30, I go out and come back and he’s still in my place at 9pm. I go to a friend’s house for a bit and he’s still there until 11pm!!! I go back and have to sleep with no AC on. He comes back the next day and says it’s good. 2 hours later, major leaking. Learned that the guy quit a few days later. We get put up in a condo for a week and the company doesn’t show for several days. Then different guys come each time, and it’s still leaking. They installed the new AC unit on 7/28 and today, 8/22, it’s still leaking. Several visits and looks and said its “good.” Finally having another AC company look at it tomorrow……

We needed a valve replacement in the kitchen as the existing valve was so corroded that a new dishwasher could not be installed until it was replaced. Called Ground Zero & came out next day for repair. Great service, clean install & fantastic experience! Ground Zero is the only company I call for any plumbing or AC needs!

I have had really good experiences with Ground Zero. Derek worked out the maintenence issue on my AC and saved me some money too. Very professional local company. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my house's air conditioning system replaced by Ground Zero, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their service. The project was marred by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the technician assigned to the job.

One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of effective communication from the Ground Zero team, the technician's constant interruptions for phone calls became increasingly disruptive. I had hoped for a smoother and more efficient process, but unfortunately, that was not the case with this particular service. Add 100°F to the equation and the fact that a 3 hour job became a 9 hour wait for the job to be completed and that’s obviously a super painful process.

James and Kody were Great! As the Assistant Manager I was really happy that they took the time to explain to me the issue, especially since our Maintenance Sup was out of the office at that time. I felt confident
explaining to our residents the next steps and was able to assure them the issue will be fixed which was done efficiently and that was greatly appreciated:) Keep up the good work guys!!

I had Mike D, as my technician. He did an amazing job. 5 hours of work that he probly didn't anticipate. But it was SO professional & thorough.
