Jake and his team were responsive, professional, and honest. When we called to fix our 14-year-old unit, we fully expected the worst. The technician, Jordan reviewed all of our options and explained that he felt we should still have some good years left on our unit. After reviewing all options, we decided to have them fix vs replace. Not only was the response time after placing the car extremely fast, their prices were extremely fair and they were in and out in just a couple hours. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing AC work or maintenance. Love supporting small family owned businesses. And they even let the kids come out front and check out their awesome service truck!

We are super happy with installation of our air purification ionizer. We could tell after the first night that it was working since we woke up able to breathe put of my nose without any congestion. If you don't have one you should get one for sure. Jake and his team were very professional, provided great communication and service. I highly recommend working with them.

Master Mechanical installed units on my own personal home and we have seen a HUGE savings on our electricity bills. Jake was extremely professional and thorough when it came time to decide what unit we chose and walked through all the cost savings and rebates. The install crew was on time, professional and clean. We used Master Mechanical after having the company we used to use (which had recently been sold and the new owner contacted us and asked us to give them a try). The former AC company came and gave us a costly repair estimate for a condenser motor, capacitor, a Freon leak, and recharging of Freon. We were suspicious as this was a newer unit. We had Master Mechanical come out and after a thorough inspection, there were NO issues with the unit.

We recommended them to our MIL who was scammed into purchasing a brand new unit, duct work repair by a well known company in the area. She was relieved to have Master Mechanical come check out her unit and not find unnecessary costly repairs.

Jordan arrived prior to appointment time ensuring he was on time. He had it diagnosed in under 20 minutes. Part retrieved and swapped very quickly and had my AC running in under hours. This company was great. Showed up when they said they would, great price and didn't try to over sell on things I didn't need. They did a Pre-sale A/C Tune-up, suggested things I could do on my own to help out with the up coming inspection. I ask for them to do it and the charge was very well priced or so I felt. Again they just told me what i could do without trying to sell them doing it. Felt very nice that a AC company wasn't trying to just over charging for things.

I responded to a flyer that touted a family business owned message that expressed Master Mechanical’s desire to expand in the Gilbert/East Valley community, so I chose to give Master Mechanical an opportunity. I'm disappointed in myself for buying the sales pitch. I called for the $75 tune-up offer and ended up paying $265 for a couple of items that were working but suggested replacing. One was a capacitor, a $12 item that takes all of 5 min to relace and was charged $125. I could justify a service call that resulted in a cost like that, but replacing it while already here on an opened unit because of the tune up is excessive. Again, I'm disappointed in myself for agreeing to the work. (although specific info was not shared with me when making the decision) The east valley has many other established service companies and in the future, I'll take my business to one of them.

We had a tricky problem with our hydronic system that others could not fix. But Danny and team were able to fix it, amazing work and such a big help!

Scott came out on very short notice and did a thorough and detailed inspection. Polite, professional and very informative. Found a small problem and corrected it. Highly recommend Master Mechanical.
