The owner of this company has great customer service! The price is right, the verbiage used was broken down to laymen term for me and the wife (boss) to understand. He was not only on time but time efficient! But was efficient in his craft as he knew exactly what was going on with the air-conditioner within a minute after listening to it! Was very impressive to say the least. Had a family friend over who is an electrician and couldn’t figure it out. This man literally within a minute had a diagnosis! The diagnosis was correct and he fixed it with in 20 minutes! I didn’t have to wait for parts, he had them on hand! Great company! Oliver was professional & timely! After a discussion over the phone he quoted my price & was able to come out that same week! After receiving a quote from a large AC company I decided to try a smaller self owned company ! Oliver did excellent work and left no mess !! Why call a big company when you can go through someone honest & trustworthy like Olive AC & Heating!!

Oliver is extremely professional and responsible. I have a 14mo old daughter so asked him to contact me prior to arrival to ensure my daughter wasn’t asleep. He was right on time when he said he’s be here and was respectful to our home. Very punctual. Very knowledgeable about the systems and was quick to resolve the issues. I had Olive and Air work on my AC unit just a few months ago and then today on my Heating system and won’t look any further for any HVAC needs besides Olive and Air!

We had to scheduled appointment for Tuesday; however I received a call to see if the technician could come over on Saturday over the weekend. It was great to get my AC unit repair 3 days prior in your scheduled appointment. The technician was timely and professional.

Assuming that the system is fixed properly I owe them a debt of gratitude with me not being there and it was something as simple as a missing cap that caused the leak they could’ve really taken advantage of the situation. However they did not they were very honest with integrity. I hope the repair was completed properly again I was not there and thank you so much olive air for your help
