I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so I reached out to Suttle Air on Thumbtack. They were very responsive and called me within a few minutes to explain the price and what the service included. On the day of my service, the tech showed up on time and quickly completed the job and showed me before and after videos and pictures. He even gave me a few tips for getting the best performance out of my dryer. I would definitely use this company again for any dryer vent or HVAC needs.

We had a deadline due to the purchase of the home and James, the owner was accommodating, very knowledgeable and just awesome at his trade. We appreciate and thank him! In a word, WOW. Our AC unit stopped working this past week while we had guests staying with us. By the time we realized the issue, it was late on a Friday before memorial day weekend and had been 100 degrees daily outside. James, the owner answered my call straight away, got us scheduled for Saturday less than 24 hours later, fully diagnosed and fixed our system. James was fast, super responsive, and helped us out in a pinch in spite of the holiday weekend. Very fair pricing too. Big thanks to Sutton Air!

Suttle Air provided excellant troubleshooting and diagnosis for our A/C that was failing to heat/cool. Utimately the system needed to be replaced and they communicated pricing, schedule and status daily. The installation had two challenges which we were amazed that the installation team were able to over-come: 1) relocation of the condensor unit with new lines, and 2) Getting the new air handler into the attic space without any damage. Give these guys a call!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Suttle Air for a project, and I must say that it was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, the quality of their work, coupled with their lackluster customer service, left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
First and foremost, the workmanship was shoddy at best. The end result was far from what I had expected or paid for. Not only did they leave a mess behind, but their attention to detail was seriously lacking. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for professionalism and craftsmanship.
Furthermore, the attitude displayed by the Suttle Air team was far from friendly. Throughout the project, I found them to be unhelpful and unreliable. It felt as though they were merely going through the motions without any genuine concern for my satisfaction as a customer. Their lack of courtesy and willingness to address my concerns left a sour taste in my mouth.
To add to the disappointment, I was bombarded with an excessive number of update requests, urging me to leave a review. I believe that a company's focus should be on delivering a quality product and providing excellent customer service, rather than pestering clients for feedback. It only served to amplify my frustration with the entire experience.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend Suttle Air based on my encounter with them. The subpar work, combined with their unfriendly demeanor and relentless review requests, made this a truly unpleasant interaction. I hope they take this feedback constructively and strive to improve their services for future customers.
Overall, my one-star rating reflects the dissatisfaction I felt throughout the entire process. It is my sincere hope that others can avoid similar disappointment by considering alternative options for their air service needs.

And I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were responsive, understanding, and not only on time for appointment, but actually a little early. I’ve never had that happen before! Their stuff is professional, and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to use them.
