Our A/C stopped putting out cold air. I called the company and within 15 minutes to Technician was at our home. Very nice gentleman and he immediately started to diagnose the issue. It turns out is was a simple fix at the A/C unit itself. He had it up and running within 15 minutes time. Very knowledgeable and diligent. This was a great experience! Thanks for a job well done!

This has been an adventure...In late December 2022 we had an TXV valve changed, and they had forgotten to hook up a few things such as a temperature sensor on the condenser and another on the inside unit and a loose connection which caused a leak. After finding the second temperature sensor not connected in June 2023 pictured below, where they did a full inspection because the system wasn't performing up to what it could have been. Coolant was topped off and everything else they said was running up to standards. Exactly one month later I call them out because my system still wasn't running correctly and now just being out of their service plan by one week they found the real issue (I hope), a bad reversing valve. And now just being out of their service plan and having to pay even more money. Why couldn't they find this issue a month ago when I had my service plan, I have had 4 techs out here in 6 months this is a bit disappointing.

I contacted Green Valley Cooling & Heating to sign up for a performance plan to keep my HVAC system running smoothly. Making the appointment was very easy and I was told what to expect on the day of service. On the day of service, within the appointment window, I was contacted by the technician, Grand, and he let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he knocked softly, I let him know my toddler was sleeping, and let me know what he was going to do. From start to finish he was polite, considerate, clean and very professional/knowledgeable. This was my first time using this company and it was a very positive experience. Grand is definitely top shelf! Thank you!

Cody was amazing and we felt really lucky to have gotten him as our technician. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and even hooked up our dryer vent when we asked him about humidity levels he checked the vent and found it wasn’t hooked up & we had just moved in and didn’t know. Very nice and helpful guy, Green Valley heating and air is lucky to have such an awesome employee!

A really good experience. I give them 5 stars easily. Had a 4 ton heat pump repaired, bought a new 5 ton heat pump at the same time, as well as split level heat pump for my workshop. The new 5 ton is *truly* remarkable, and the new split level looks to be terrific also (yet to test in real summer heat). The team I met and personnel at the office were all top notch, friendly, instructive / helpful, and timely. Thanks! (P.S. My father worked for Johnson Controls almost his whole life, so I know a little bit about the industry.)

Alex did a fantastic job as Luis has before him. Thorough, patient, friendly and customer focused. There is never any sense of being pushed into repairs or upgrades that aren't needed. Alex performed our inspection and found one minor issue which we asked him to repair and that was that. We felt very comfortable with Alex.

Went back to Green Valley Heating and cooling after my contract with another company that installed my HVAC.

GVHC was the company I used for 17 years. As in the past they performed welll. Very pleased.

Honestly, Rob H. has an abundance of information. He is very detailed, even asked if anyone in the house has allergies and recommended what kind of filter we should get. I appreciated the extra time Rob took answering my questions. 10/10 definitely would recommended! Ask for Rob H! You won't regret it.

Green Valley Cooling and heating came out in timely matter on 5-1-23 after one call to trouble shoot issues with one of my older units. They discovered the problem and suggested a fix . Signing up with their maintenance program a few months earlier saved me a great deal of money. Pleased with their service! Cody came on 5-9-23 . He methodically figured out what was causing the issues with the AC unit after I told him the history of what the previous techs had done. He diagnosed one step that needed an adjustment with the app used to control the unit. After completing this step the unit seems to be running as it should. Green Valley Cooling and Heating has a wealth of knowledge within their technicians that is most valuable to their customers.

Cody was on time and called prior to arrival. He was very pleasant and explained everything that he recommended that be done. Also gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Overall one of the best service experiences I have had in Green Valley.
