We had a great experience with Mark Daniels Air Conditioning. They answered my call (a blessing in and of itself with many places being understaffed) and miraculously he had a tech finishing a job in my same area! They arrived within an hour of my call!

They had excellent communication through text message - starting with the appointment time and then a follow up text letting us know when the technician was on their way (this was appreciated as we were in minimal clothing due to the air conditioning being down and gave us time to throw a few pieces on to be presentable) ;)

Zachary showed up and was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a bad capacitor and he had a new one with him on his truck! He replaced it quickly and the cool air started to flow!

We purchased our unit from Mark Daniel’s AC. The technician that came out was amazing! In healthcare we use AIDET to help patients understand what is going on. Mark acknowledged our need, Informed us of what was wrong and how he fixed the initial problem, Duration to fix the secondary issue, Explained how long the fix would take and Thanked us when he was done. He was pleasant, professional; an all around nice man! We highly recommend this technician and Company overall!

Really happy with my experience. My tech Zach took a good amount of time inspecting my system and even replaced a few screws and hosed down my outdoor unit. Another company told me I needed to have the whole system replaced after 5 minutes of looking at my system, but Zach said everything looks pretty good considering the age of the unit and he wouldn’t recommend replacing just yet. It’s nice there are still honest and reliable companies out there! 10/10 recommend!

Our A/C went out in our home! It started getting hot and I started to panic! I called Mark Daniels, who was referred to me by a friend and I’m so glad I did! Added: Today, 4/18/2023, Zachary came to finish the job. He determined that refrigerant was not leaking and the issue was operator error - the filter I bought was too thick. I am searching for proper filters.
