1st AirCo Heating & Cooling LLC

I have never left a review or survey. But, the service I received from 1st AirCo has blown me away. My service tech Alex, could not have been more professional or easier to work with. He was thorough and knowledgeable about my equipment. I will continue to use 1st AirCo as my service company and refer anyone to them as well.

AC stopped working yesterday afternoon. Had a call in to another company, but someone recommended 1st AirCo instead. I called them this morning and not only were they able to come out the same day, but the issue was resolved within an hour. The tech, Logan, was incredibly professional and friendly. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future!

I just had my first maintenance call with 1st AirCoHeating and Cooling. Alex was so thorough, explained everything about where my units are at (performance-wise), and what I can expect to get out of them for the next few years. He showed me the stats on his app and answered questions about how we can fix one of the bedrooms that never quite cools down. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful young man. I will definitely be using this company for my HVAC needs here on out.

Our heat stopped last night. Called 1st AirCo this morning. Alex arrived at my "freezing" house this afternoon to promptly and professionally fix our broken capacitor. We now have heat and I am very pleased. Thank you for your excellent service.

Alex did maintenance and replaced a ten year old thermostat today. Very impressed with him and the work he did. Was happy with the price and I will definitely ask for Alex next year.
