He responded very quickly and answered our questions in the most professional way. We are very grateful for his services and hope the company thrives! Saw good reviews about J&M Cooling & Heating on our neighborhood Facebook group. When one of our a/c units wasn’t cooling properly, reached out to them.
They had us scheduled for a visit within a few days and they were fantastic!!
Very friendly to chat with, checked out the unit and explained what was going on, provided pics and then gave me a quote I that was way below others from past experience.
Had them do the work after trying to get other quotes and most telling me they just wanted to quote me a replacement system on a unit that was only 5.5 years old and under hardware warranty still.
J&M showed up on the date and were once again a pleasure to chat with, cleaned up the tiny insulation bits that fall out the attic, and had the system working very fast for a unbeatable price.
I love using local owned/operated, small businesses and they are going to be the only place we call for now on for our a/c and heating needs.
Hopefully we don’t have to call them much, but when we do I have no concerns.
I also loved how they wanted to be sure I saw the piece being removed and could see the areas that failed.
That kind of attention to detail, making you feel confident you’re not being ripped off was great to see.

Our AC went out in April and we contacted J & M (and several other companies for quotes). Mike and Jason are by far, THE BEST out there! They are very professional, hard working, honest and they get the job done right the first time.

Their prices beat out all of the others and the professionalism of their entire team is some of the best I have seen!

If you need new AC, service work, anything I suggest calling them first before anyone else, you will not be dissappointed!

I needed to have my AC serviced as a part of my warranty. Mike of J&M Cooling was repeatedly recommended in our neighborhood FB group.

Mike was quick to respond, prompt, and had great attention to detail. His easygoing manner and his clear explanations put me at ease on the day of service.

Since I wfh, I really appreciated that they worked as quietly as possible both inside and outside, and I loved that they took their equipment through the side gate rather than through the house. Just that one consideration is enough to keep me using J&M cooling for my semi-annual AC/Furnace care.

We were leaving town in 2 days, and our AC unit went out. Checked the reviews on our neighborhood blog, and J&M Cooling was highly recommended. Called the company, and Mike answered while on vacation! He said he would get a hold of his partner (Jason). Jason came out that afternoon and checked out our AC. He explained in detail what was wrong and the game plan to us and gave us a quote. They even did a temporary fix to get us through a couple of very hot days. His quote was very reasonable, and we were thrilled that he could get the part and have it fixed in 2 days. I could go on and on about this company. Both Mike and Jason were professional, helpful, did great work, and are awesome trustworthy, guys!! I would highly recommend their company!! After getting 5 different quotes from different companies I made the last and best call to J&M. Mike and Jason were on time, informative, & most importantly HONEST. They went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner before we hit those 100 degree days coming up. We not only needed a new unit but needed it moved to the other side of the house. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend anyone to use J & M. They will be our go to for all heating and cooling needs from now on.

We've had AC issues since we built the house. We've had many other companies come in and charge us thousands without really any improvement. Mike was referred to me through a FB neighborhood group and replied instantly to a message. He was super kind, on time, clean, and efficient. He and his crew fixed our issue within the same week (needed a new part) and gave us some tips to help the poor design that can't be changed. He was very well priced, and came in lower than any of the other guys we've used and did way more work.

Having your AC go out on 100° day is stressful, but contacting J&M Cooling & Heating to have someone come out was not. I reached out Monday morning, and they told me they could come out the same day to check it out. They kept me informed on when they would be out and were clear about pricing along the way as well. Mike was out in what seemed like no time, diagnosed the issues, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand as well as the next steps and pricing. He was able to get my Ac fixed on the spot, and my house was cooled down in no time. I really appreciated the communication and information he provided to me as well as the speed of getting things up and running. Thank you a million times over for making a stressful situation that much easier!
