Well....Marcus the Tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained all the details discussing what he was doing and what we needed to replace. Honesty is important to us. Adams Refrigeration was a referral. Now We are pleased so they will handle all our AC/Heat problems. Thank You Adams Refrigeration & Staff(Holly and Marcus). Your prices we're reasonable. 👍
We used Adam's Refrigeration few times in the past. Always on time, honest and prices are great compare to other HVAC companies. Our system was 22 years old and we had to replace it. Adam's refrigeration installed complete new system in few days. Whatever they told us that will be done was done. No cutting corners or excuses. We highly recommend them.
Beware..this company will try to up sell. They replace rather than fix I was charged over $1200 this past year for un necessary parts. Speaking directly to owner is only way to resolve problems Rude female often answers the phone. They were satisfactory until their best technician left
Marcus was amazing! We had a CO alarm go off at 5am. After a leak was detected in the area of our furnace/hot water heater closet we called Adams. They had a tech, Marcus, out within 2 hours. He found the leak in the crawl space (exhaust pipe had become detached!) After some creativity refitting the pipe from the roof, he was able to shimmy all the way through our narrow eves by the roofline and reattach and clamp. We are so grateful for the fast response, perseverance with a difficult to reach location and positive and friendly professionalism. He even educated us on better detectors than we had. We are sleeping safe again and so appreciative of Marcus and the Adams Refrigeration Family!!
Installed swamp coolers on both houses and thermostats. Was delayed by roofers and I appreciate putting up with that. Putting 5 stars but I should put 4.75 stars as the cooler pumps never got mounted with screws as designed. .Maybe they'll do that and make it all good?
Monday around 7pm I got a call from a manager of my dad’s house. A/C is not working. Summer, Arizona 112F nothing to add. Disaster. I called Adam’s Refrigeration and left voicemail explaining the situation. Next day 7 am I got the call and set up the appointment. We were extremely lucky. They had the technician on his way at 9:30am and around 11am problem was taking care of. Tenets were extremely happy. Issue was fixed in super short time. This is why we will stay with Adam’s Refeigeration. We didn’t get overcharged whatsoever when you take in consideration price R-22. Great customer service. They definitely take care of their customers and that is why we will use them again
I had a pad replacement on my EVAPORATIVE COOLER. Service man was able to figure it out but was not trained on these coolers. I had the cooler serviced just 2 months prior for $89 by Adams, but had to order the pad myself and have Adams come to install. This pad replacement service cost me $172.00! When I called to ask WHY SO EXPENSIVE since I ordered the Master Cool pad myself. I was told the Price per Hr Charges. $57.50, and service call is also $57.50. As a 83 yr old widow on an fixed income, this was more than I expected since the last entire service call was only $89 and he spent about the same time just 2 months prior. Lesson learned to ASK the charges before requesting service. Dont assume! The service tech was polite and did the job asked of him.
I had a very good customer experience with Adam's. I got a good price on a new AC / heating system and profession and friendly service from the installers. And very fast service, which has been a challenge in 2021. I've had to replace older units in other homes through the years so I can compare them and Adam's were very good. I would use them again, but hope I don't need too.
We have been using Adams Refrigeration since around 2015, and highly recommend this company. In particular, the service tech that we always ask for, is Jeremy Stevens. We can't say enough complementary things about him. He really knows his stuff and is a real asset to Adams. He is extremely through and is quite meticulous when he's out here on a service call. Whenever we have any questions, he takes the time to answer them. It's always easy to book an appointment with Adams, and they are always punctual.
