I called to get a quote and someone actually answered the phone. They were able to fit us in for the service we required (backflow testing) within a week. The service tech showed up earlier than expected (pleasant surprise) and completed the testing in a timely manner. We'll definitely be calling Brewer Commercial Services for our next backflow testing.

My corporate headquarters has encountered numerous plumbing issues over the last 6 weeks and each time Brewer Commercial delivered excellent service. From the booking process, status updates, service recommendations and billing, I have nothing positive things to say. Special thanks to Patrick, Jack, Tiffany and Juanita for all their efforts. I would not hesitate to recommend Brewer Commercial to my friends or family.

They came to do a jet cleaning, they came with one tech who looked around and waited for the second one to get here on his 150 an hour clock. Job took 5 minutes to do once they did it. 1100 dollars later. Would not recommend

Tried to get to work today and their vans where blocking Parkside Lane, I beeped to have them move so i could drive on the City street and they refused and flipped me off and blew their horns. Very unprofessional staff and company to allow this in front of their business. The driver sped past me when i tried to confront him. I will be filing a police complaint as well against the company and it's driver.

Very professional and courteous on the phone, can at the promised time. Had a follow up call from the technician explaining the service preformed. Very satisfied with the service

Horrible! Customer service is the worst of any plumber I’ve ever dealt with. Just got off the phone with one of their office staff who hung up on me because I was told by their plumber to call to get him to come back out when a replacement part arrived. They refused to schedule the service and only wanted to argue. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

Don’t trust this company. Two of their workers ran into my car and took off. Honked at them and they speed away without even looking over. Horrible horrible company.
