Champion Air

I recently had Champion Air do an AC Tune-Up on my 17 year old unit.
They sent a very experienced tech by the name of Patrick. I was thoroughly impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. He took his time to explain all the possible problems I could encounter with my current AC unit. He gave me a reasonable estimate and a vote of confidence that the system is ok for now but could fail soon. No pushiness, just the straight facts to help me make an informed decision, when that time comes.

Patrick was a fantastic technician. He took the time to walk me through the process and explained the condition of both my ac units. Very thorough, professional and nice guy! Was able to give me a quote for a new unit on the spot and even went over the pros and cons of the various brands available.

Just got off a call with Patrick about our brand new Lennox system - I had a few questions and found him to be 100% helpful and very knowledgeable about our system, without even seeing it. He was very kind and spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me. Very thankful for a quick easy response with out having a service call.

I had champion air replace my heat pump unit 6 months ago. The service was excellent. Scott was thorough and responsive. No complaints at all. Pricing was competitive with other local businesses.

Patrick came to clean and inspect the unit today for its 6 month check. He gave me a call with an ETA, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions while he made the necessary adjustments to ensure the unit is running at tiptop shape.

I would gladly recommend this business to anyone I know.

Called Champion air to fix my AC , they sent Scott D- he called on way to tell me when he would arrive , was on time , courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the trade. He diagnosed the issue very fast !! He had me up and cooling in no time for a very reasonable price and did some extra touch ups to make my system last . My ac went down Saturday night and I called numerous companies but got pushed back for appointments, champion air was able to get to me same day (Monday morning) from when I called and Patrick H. was awesome. Got up to my roof unit and fixed it quickly. Service was great and I’d use their services again without question.

Scott was the representative we worked with from Champion Air. He was on time, polite and respectful. He explained everything in detail and went over all the options so we were comfortable with the process. He had everything scheduled and completed within a few days. He was hands on during the entire install if we had any questions and then did follow up after. It was a great experience working with Scott and his team. I would highly recommend calling Champion Air for any of your AC/Heat Pump needs.

Great experience with Champion air , Scott Deming was the tech that came out right away and had the unit diagnosed and repaired within minutes of his arrival . We were so impressed with his skill set and knowledge base regarding AC systems that we decided to replace the system with him . It can be a challenge changing AC service companies, but we feel very fortunate that we found ChampionAir. It was relatively easy to set up our 1st appointment for a system preventive maintenance check. We were however, most impressed with the professionalism and service from technician Scott Deming.

The company sent a photo, a brief bio and background of Scott before he arrived, which is an excellent service these days of uncertainty. Scott called when he was on the way to his on time appointment. He has a no nonsense attitude about explaining what he was going to do and then going to our roof top unit to complete the assignment.

After he finished, he showed us a series of photos of what he found and made several recommendations on ways to potentially extend the life of our central unit. Without trying to "sell" us anything, he did identify several Lennox units that he felt (based on his 25+ years of doing this work in Phoenix) could be worth considering when we do decide to replace our unit.

We received two follow up emails from Champion as thank you's and service warranties.
