CTS Air Conditioning and Heating

Last night I had a very pleasant experience with CTS Air Conditioning, specially technician Leon Huff. When no other company was able to accommodate my request for an urgent AC check/tun up, Melinda Lainhart answered my online request and got me in touch with technitian Leon Huff. After contacting me and providing an ETA, Leon was at my place at around 9:30 - 10:00 pm 07/03. Leon is very knowledgeable and a provided an excellent customer experience. Leon reviewed the temperature and venting inside the home, and then reviewed the AC unit. Leon was very upfront and eased my concerns. Thank you Leon. CTS you got my business. Thank you

Our 25 year old air conditioner died and we knew it was time for a replacement. We starting calling local AC companies because we wanted to keep our costs down. We already had multiple bids when we spoke with Leon from CTS Air Conditioning. He was able to come later that day to see our job. Everything he said was in agreement with what we were hearing from everyone else who came out, but his prices were much better. He was even able to have the new air conditioner installed the next day. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't want or need. Our new Air conditioner is quite and costs less to run than our old one. Leon was great and explained our new air conditioner and thermostat. We were very impressed with his service and happy with the new air conditioner! We are glad we chose him and would definitely recommend him and CTS air conditioning to anyone.

Leon the AC tech who came from CTS Air Conditioning was punctual, gave good explanations, and was extremely helpful. Leon answered the phone when I called and he told me he would be right there. A little over an hour later he was pulling up in front of our home. Our HVAC unit is on the roof and he told us he would climb up and check it out. About 15 minutes later he came back down and told us we have a bad capacitor. He said it wouldn't be very expensive and recommended we also replace the contactor because it was old and had a burn mark on the side. My husband and I agreed to the work. Leon installed the new capacitor and contactor. After his final inspection he told us our air conditioner was a little old, but it was running well and should last a long time. We both felt he was very polite and knowledgeable and we were happy with his response time and the price of the job. CTS's lead tech Leon was a pleasure to work with. Our HVAC system went down and I started calling companies. I found their ad on Craigslist. I explained that our air conditioner wasn't heating our house. Leon said he had to finish the job he was on but rearranged his schedule and made us a priority. He showed up about an hour after my call. He had the heat back on in about 45 minutes from his arrival. He was joking around with us the entire time. Because he prioritized us, I thought we would get a large bill, but it was much less than I was expecting. It was a great experience and my husband and I were glad we called them.

I used CTS in 2017 for a different house. Leon saved me then, and he did it again today! I called him on a Saturday afternoon when our a/c kept tripping the breaker and had no a/c. He came right out, diagnosed the problem and we had air on Monday!! Thank you CTS and a special thanks to Leon. Again.

Last Saturday our AC went out and after calling George Brazil who couldnt give me an exact time, I called Leon with CTS. Leon was able to tell me he could get to me within an hr and a half. He provided quality, organized, respectable work. I got a new unit by Monday mid morning. Thank you Leon and Dave for your hard work!!

Hands down the nicest, most professional and pleasant a/C company I've ever used. They helped us out SO much with repairing a unit that I was told by another company was basically scrap. On top of that accepted manageable payments. Honestly an angel in disguise and I couldn't be happier or more grateful to have found this company.
