Great company! I’ve had them come out 3 times and each time they solved my issues quickly and even brought attention to things I had no idea of! The job is obviously a very dirty job and while working a huge mess was made but they cleaned up super well! Wouldn’t choose any other plumbing company, these guys know what they are doing.

Such great service!! These folks really know their business and have come to our aid twice, now, within hours of a problem. We had roots in our line and they were able to snake them out and get things back in working order in no time.

They came highly recommended by an excellent handyman, and exceeded our expectations. They’re efficient, effective and pleasant. I highly recommend this company!

Let me just start off by saying I’ve had no problems with this company. We used them for our plumbing services twice and they did a great job. The pipes are very old so I know it wasn’t easy. BUT! Please please please have your crew clean up their mess. They even acknowledged to my husband that they made a mess. The black sludge was in my tub (completely understandable) but also all over my floors, vanity, walls, toilet and oddly in a cabinet? They took everything out from underneath my sink and didn’t put it back. Just asking for some common courtesy to wipe things down. Over all a good company but needs to clean up after themselves.

I have to put this out there. These people are the hardest working company out there. They go the distance and beyond. They work countless hours to make sure the job is done and done right. I may not know all the staff there but, I can guarantee this company is committed to hard work, high standards and being the best that they can be. Especially in my biased option Jr.

D.W. has been a great, reliable vendor for us here at Lindsay Palms Apartments! Their turnaround time is usually the next day or two and they are usually here between the time frame that is given. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Also the office staff is very friendly!!

Horrible experience. If you have an emergency, don't bother to call they are not reliable the employee's don't know how to communicate, and neither are they professional.

I didn’t get to use this service because in lite of quoting me a 12 hour response time, they still haven’t shown up 27 hours later. Apparently now they say they don’t do emergency havoc service. Today was 110 yesterday it was 111. My apartment is close to 90 degrees, siting in the dark. I have appointments tomorrow and my minor child will be home alone in this heat. I cannot take her with. Same thing for Tuesday. So the soonest they can come out now is Wednesday morning. We have excessive heat warnings during those days again. When the customer service rep assured me not once but three times that someone would cal me back and they didn’t, I should have guessed. You don’t hide from customers when you make a mistake.

If there is anything we as customers want, it is communication. D.W. is amazing on this. Another missing attribute in most companies is their care for their co-workers. Not to get too personal, but We needed some work (not super urgent) but we had be informed there was a scheduling issue and their crew was in need of time off. What other company is going to call you to share their concern, let alone call you to reschedule. I've been in the Multifamily world for almost 17 years. This is uncommon. In a business, most people want that family bond, it seems D.W. has this and it matters.

My hat goes out to Trevor & his crew at DW Plumbing They are real problem solvers! They came in quickly & swiftly; assessed the situation, repaired the pipe & made sure things were done correctly. These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final "fix," our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.
