We always have excellent service from Desert diamond, every technician that has come out has truly been awesome and informative. Taking a moment to call out Hayden who just recently came to a call for us on a hot July afternoon. He came before the scheduled arrival time, very personable from the first phone call to completion of the work that needed to be done. Thank you so much for helping out and being a great representation of what Desert Diamond comes to offer all around! Great technicians like you are what keeps customers coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me scheduled sooner than others in the area. Hayden took the time to explain the service plans and answered all of our questions. Ultimately, we signed up and are glad we did. If looking for a local and family owned operation, Desert Diamond is definitely worth a look.

After signing up with DD for annual service on our old HVAC systems, we eventually had two new units installed and we are very happy with Desert Diamond! They are very friendly and professional. They service our units twice a year and we’ve never had any hassles. I definitely suggest getting on their maintenance contract plan! You are a priority especially in the summer months when things can get very squarely and uncomfortable!!

They offered a better product cheaper than others.

The crew was punctual, professional, and thorough.

Got a better system, not just in seer rating, but the noise difference is incredible.

Had a quality Goodman hvac system installed two years ago to replace our other HVAC, it cost thousands more, not near the quality of the Trane. It is also as loud as the 17 year old system we replaced.

With the Trane, if you are not outside, you would not even realize it is on.

When out back, we have to talk louder when the Goodman turns on, with the Trane barely notice and no need to raise our voices.

The Goodman is rated between 14 - 16 seer, the Trane has a 18 seer.

So we paid more over 2 years ago, before the inflation went nuts, for lower rated HVAC, than what we just had installed.

We are happy with both the company, and their product.

My air went out and this was the only company out of 5 that I called who responded that evening. They diagnosed the issue and completed a partial repair the next day to get the air going again while we waited for the rest of the parts to come in.

Ismael was great! He communicated every step of the way and was even able to complete repairs when I was not home. I can't compare pricing because this was an emergency fix but I would use them again.

Ismael from Desert Diamond advised me well in advance of his ETA to my home, and was right on-time. He was courteous, clean, and gave me a good run-down on what he was seeing after he was done (in layman's terms, as I'm not an HVAC Specialist) along with some recommendations and estimates for an additional piece to protect our AC units.

5/5 stars for service, and am looking forward to doing business with them in the near future. I am fully confident they will help keep my AC units in good working order to survive and be comfortable during our hot summers. Highly recommend!
