This was our first service call with Howard Air and it was excellent from start to finish. Kyle was at both of our properties today. He was professional, thorough & very informative. I especially appreciated the outstanding procedures Howard Air has in place to keep the customer informed from the initial appointment until both properties service were completed & invoices provided.

These guys are solid. They are not a cut rate outfit, and they are worth it. We just had them install a new HVAC to replace our unit, which was 16 years old. They handled the job beautifully. There was just a little detail work that needed some extra attention, and I asked them to address it. They sent a technician out better secure some insulation at no extra charge.

David Smith has taken care of our AC unit for many years. It is an old unit, 20 years old. He takes exceptional care of it. He is familiar with the unit, so he knows ahead of time what to look for. We feel that we can trust him, and he explains what he is doing. He even takes pictures to show how clean the unit is. We wouldn't want anyone else to service our unit. Five stars.

Outstanding Service! Micah completed a comprehensive ac preventative maintenance check. He was personable, knowledgeable, & professional. He took the time to explain the results with documentation. Brianna, the customer service rep, is always friendly & professional whenever I call. Howard Air installed a new Trane system 4 years ago and I have had zero issues.

Rocky completed our annual AC service check. He was very thorough, competent in every way and readily explained all he was doing, including answering any questions we had along the way. I will definitely ask for Rocky again on all Howard Air service calls.

We purchased a brand new HVAC system through Howard Air and although they weren’t the cheapest we felt we were getting value for our money. They are extremely professional ,responsive and knowledgeable. Everyone we’ve dealt with from the salesman, installers, foreman, quality control and office staff have been amazing to work with and we feel that we have a high quality system we can depend on. I highly recommend them.

Howard Air is my go to company. Very professional. They’re always honest about what is needed instead of just selling you the kitchen sink. Micheal was our technician and was very knowledgeable about the repair that was needed. I can’t recommend them enough.

Howard Air’s price for 5 ton 2-stage Trane AC and furnace was competitive, and quite bit lower than a quote we received for a lower end Day & Night system. Howard Air’s installation crew was professional, minimally disruptive and finished the entire installation in a little more than half a day. Their cleanup was excellent. System works great, the new WiFi enabled thermostat is easy to use and we’re very happy with the entire process.
