If you are looking for a professional and on time service look no further! This company has exceptional customer service and has done an outstanding job servicing and repairing our AC system. Not only were they on time, they were also extremely conscientious in making sure the repair was done properly. They followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work and repairs. They also came on a Sunday which happened to be Mother’s Day. The service call was $79. No gouging us for a Sunday or holiday. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Jesse the service provider was very courteous and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure things were clean and he did not leave until he was satisfied with his completed work.

My experience with Lincoln Air has been all good. My heat pump was not producing cold air. I had to have a new heat pump installed. Justin came out to assess the problem. He was on time, professional, courteous and was able to get someone out here within an hour to explain a new, two-stage efficiency heat pump to me. Justin and Rob were both knowledgeable and explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Justin and Andrew did the installation and always asked me if I had any questions throughout the process. Jesse came out the following morning to "sync" everything with the thermostat. He is very knowledgeable, polite, informative, easy to understand and always asking for my questions. I would highly recommend Lincoln Air.

I recently had Lincoln Air and Plumbing install a new high-efficiency Bosch AC unit in my home and I am beyond impressed with the level of service they provided. Justin and Andrew were the technicians who installed the unit and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

The office was helpful and quick, answered my questions, got us a quick service call the next morning and Jesse James came out to provide speedy courteous and efficient service while providing great info about the situation/repair as well as options for ongoing maintenance.

When he arrived I told him that I had a blanket on the floor to catch any water that might drip on the floor. He couldn't get the r/o system canisters open to replace the filters. Then when he got the system open he put the 3 canisters on the floor "not the blanket" because they had water dripping down. I went and got a towel to mop up the water. He went outside and when he came back in he said I'll figure it out.I asked if everything was okay and he said yes. Maybe needs more training. So if he is the 4th generation maybe the 2nd & 3rd generation need to give more training, especially when it comes to customers property. I'm sorry that I didn't take any pictures.

Jesse came for my regular check up did what needed. He always explains things so I understand he is very helpful that way. We decided what to do and he did a great job.

Great experience with Lincoln Air. Jeff was our technician and he is fabulous; he is super knowledgeable and walks you through everything he is doing so you understand and are well aware of what is taking place. I felt very confident that our problem would get fixed after I met Jeff. Thank you so much, Jeff!!

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. Our dog loved them so much he wanted to leave with them! Everyone at Lincoln Air is really great. A shout out to Tom, Craig, and Jeff as well. See you guys in the spring!
