The Gentleman who repaired my a/c was courteous and kind, he quickly assessed the situation and repaired it! After being without a/c for 5 days, this man was a Godsend and I am truly thankful for his work ethic, knowledge and professionalism! Please pay him well and keep him!!!

While I cannot speak of the $$ value of the repair work of my HVAC system (went through warranty), I can speak to the quality of service of North Valley Mechanical. From the initial contact with office personnel to the technician (Beau) that did the repair work, I received very prompt, courteous, friendly service. When Beau arrived, he was friendly and professional--diagnosed the problem right away. And while he wasn't able to do the repairs on the initial visit (it was a Saturday and parts needed to be ordered), he was able to get the a/c unit running to "tide us over" until the parts arrived. When the parts did come in, he repaired the unit and it wasn't long before our home was cool again!
I would also like to speak to the "timeliness" of Beau's arrival--yes, I was given a "window" of time when I could expect the technician to arrive, and while that may seem annoying to some, I appreciate being given even a "ballpark" time of arrival. And both times Beau was scheduled to arrive, it was within the time frame I was given. I also received either a phone call or text message keeping me updated on his arrival time. An app was provided that enabled me to "watch" and know exactly when he pulled up to my house! I didn't have to sit around and wait all day--I went about business as usual, until the block of time I was given. I had a very positive experience with North Valley Mechanical and highly recommend them for a/c or heat repair work!

I spoke with the on-site tech, Joe, over the phone and he was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. He walked me through the steps to install my Ecobee smart thermostat - it works perfectly! I will be using North Valley Mechanical for all my HVAC needs going forward if that’s the level of customer care they always provide

I've been using North Valley Mechanical for 10+ years. They installed a dual heat-pump /dual air handler system in my prior home, and I had them back to install a single heat-pump / air handler system in my current home about 6 years ago. Both times we installed American Standard, which is a great brand at a value price. North Valley inspects and services our system, changing out our 6-month filters 2x per year for a reasonable fee. It's easy to book appointments and they always send a prompt and careful technician. We are extremely pleased with the service we receive from Kirk Bushco and the entire crew at North Valley Mechanical. Highly Recommended!

I had this company come out to do a yearly preventative maintenance AC inspection on my unit. They found a few critical areas that needed to be replaced in order to maximize the performance of my AC unit. Their technician was on time and explained in detail what needed to be done. I thought the overall cost for the service was extremely reasonable and now I have peace of mind that my AC unit will hopefully get me through our insane crazy hot summers for a while longer.

May experience with North Valley Mechanical is always the American. The technicians arrive on time. They always do a thorough job and take the time to explain their service and provide professional, cogent and polite recommendations. This company provides great service and value.

Several great points. Two of which are prompt response to repair needs and knowledgeable and dedicate repair personnel. And, as for the personnel, Bret was a relentless investigator and repairman getting to the bottom of our problem and fixing it! I am totally

The whole staff with North Valley Mechanical was great to work with, they got us in fast, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running the same day. Professional curtious staff reviewed all the options for our repair as well as the cost prior to completion so we knew what we were paying for and why. 100% the best HVAC experience I have ever had.
