DO NOT USE this contractor. His license has been suspended. I gave him a deposit of $2125.00 on January 30th, 2022 and he never installed the unit and has all but ignored my request for a refund. It has a taken a year and finally received noticed from Arizona ROC that his license is suspended for 7 day- YEP 7 days effective January 2, 2023. He has to pay a $500.00 fine or his license will be revoked. That is his penalty for ripping me off. It has taken 1 year to get notice that his license is suspended for 7 days! Next step- suing his bond or asking for money from the ROC recovery fund. This guy is a scammer! To bad you MUST give a star rating because he would be -5!

I was referred to Chad by a friend of mine. He did 2 A/C installs at 2 of my houses. I have had issues with both units within a year of install. Each time I could not get ahold of Chad. I had to pay another company to come out to fix the problem. He installed an A/C in my residence this summer. I tried to turn on the heat. I get no heat. He is a licensed contractor and is required to warranty his work for 2 years parts and labor. He also asks for cash up front. Then he makes you wait. I am a contractor myself. I referred Chad to a lot of my customers. Big mistake, don't use this company.
