Sun Tech Air Conditioning

I haven’t written many reviews, but after the EXCEPTIONAL service I received from Sun Tech Air Conditioning I feel it’s imperative everyone know about this company. Bear with me, I’ll try to make a very long story short.
After having Parker & Sons out to do a maintenance on my unit in March – to which they said the unit was working fine – when I turned the AC on a month later it was not cooling. They came back out to diagnose it, telling me nothing was wrong with my unit, that it was an electrical issue. Their electricians came out the next day, and after very little inspection proceed to tell me I need all new breakers, possibly a whole new panel, and made it sound like my panel was going to catch fire. The 2 estimates I receive from Parker & Sons were for $3,200 or $6,900. Much to my shock, I reach out to a family member and get a referral to Copper King Electrical. Cory from Copper King comes out, and after a thorough diagnosis determined that nothing was wrong with my panel, and it was in fact a problem with the AC unit. Cory refers me to Jason Williamson at Sun Tech Air Conditioning.
Jonathan from Sun Tech arrived the same day, checked everything, explaining it all as he worked. A few days later, Jason (the owner) and Abraham from Sun Tech came out, and despite a couple road blocks, got my unit up running in a couple hours. To say I am pleased with this company is an understatement! They did exceptional work in a timely manner, and for a price that was more than fair! It is such a relief to find a company that is proficient at what they do, and most importantly trustworthy! I’m done with the big companies that try to take advantage of customers recommending services that are unnecessary and priced excessively. Do yourself a favor and call them when you are in need of HVAC service!

After a tech serviced our unit, our air conditioning has not shut off for the past 10 hours. My wife and I tried calling 4 different times and were completely ignored.
I have lost all faith and trust in this company. Only use them if you want to pay an outrageous electric bill.

Sun Tech is amazing! After paying a different company $800 to fix my heating unit, only for that fix to do nothing, I called Sun Tech. They came out quickly, performed a thorough investigation and identified the problem within minutes. They provided a reasonable quote for their services (almost 1,000 less than the other guys) and performed the work promptly. The techs and the office staff are very professional and communicative.The office staff even worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair covered. I will only use Sun Tech going forward for my HVAC needs!

I was very thorough when I set out to replace my 32 year old AC. I compared companies, based on advertising, recommendations, and and even a couple of trucks that I randomly passed while driving to work.

5 different companies across the spectrum. 4 of them were just trying to talk me into buying what they were selling. I went with Sun Tech because Jason wanted to teach me about whatever I was buying and why.

Everyone else just assumed that because I had to replace a 32 year old unit that all they had to do is show up. Jason and Sun Tech earned my respect and my business. Best decision I ever made.

Professional and honest technicians. I would recommend SunTech to anyone looking for a local company to service their HVAC system. Technician Jonathan was professional and honest and explained everything in detail about service that was completed. Office staff were honest about pricing of services as well.

Jose is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I called and they sent him out within 30 minutes. Their service is fast and reliable. I would highly recommend Sun Tech Air!

Told me I needed a new AC before even looking at mine. Spent ab 1 minute looking at it before diagnosing it as a loss due to “dirty coils”. Called a different company that came out and spent about an hour taking everything apart to inspect. New company fixed the problem and said there were zero signs of dirty coils. Don’t recommend these liars at all. They didn’t come to fix my AC. They came to make me buy a new one. I definitely won’t be buying from these guys when the time comes.

He was very nice and honest about what was going on with our A/C unit. We used this company per our home warranty but they ended up being great.

Service time and professionally handled my AC central to find any issues and technical advice to prevent damage or shortages of AC unit life.
Also the technician it’s friendly.

Great experience overall. Excellent customer service - timely, professional, friendly and Sun Tech was HONEST! We thought we were going to need a new AC unit and they replaced the motor on the spot and we were good to go! I highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning. We will definitely call them when we do need to replace our AC units!
