Sam was prompt professional courteous and knowledgeable of his products, he didn't have any problem helping me understand what system would work best for me. The installation of the new equipment was done quickly and professionally, it was obvious that the technicians were well trained and knowledgeable in their trade.

The team was on time and very efficient. After the work was completed, I was provided a thorough report on everything that was done and a follow up call to touch base. It is really great to receive that amount of communication and information so we know the exact status of our equipment.

From start to finish all that were involved were very personable and seemed to take pride in there work. Sam the owner is very transparent with exactly what they are going to do for you. The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there. Great experience over all.

A new a/c was installed today. So far so good. Sam, the general manager, is very professional, experienced and meticulous. Still too early to evaluate the a/c itself though.

This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. Temperature Pro did a outstanding job installing our new air conditioner, Mike was our second bidder, we went with him because our research showed nothing but positive for the air conditioner unit he suggested to us. The VA discount was also a factor, Juan and Josh our installers were very polite an knowledgeable explaining everything to us. We highly recommend this company.

I was with another major A/C service provider and wanted a second opinion. TemperaturePro did an excellent job of evaluating my current system and made good choices of replacement. The Manager that provided the inspection, Sam Barrow, was so thorough, we decided to go with his recommendation of A/C replacement. His team did an excellent job of replacing our over 12 year old unit, they were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. In 5 hours, they had the job done and explained they new system to us. After the 1 year maintenance warranty, we are going to them for yearly maintenance. Extremely impressed with their business and their people. I would recommend to anyone needing A/C service.

From meeting the owners (Steve and Maureen) to getting a bid from Mike to the installation of our new unit the service was 5 stars. The techs ( Mario and Juan) were on time did the installation. They were knowledge and answered all my questions. When they finished they made sure everything cleaned up. They came back a week after installation to inspect and make sure the system was working properly. It as great working with everyone. I highly recommend TemperaturePro for any service they provide from new equipment to basic repair and service. They are now my go to A/C vendor now.
