Devan was excellent, professional and thorough. Identified issues with my system that Goettel didn’t notice. Fantastic service. Can’t stress how refreshing it was to know that I picked the right company/people to help me out. You’ve gained a customer for life. I never leave reviews but you guys really deserve 5 stars. I should also add that I called around 9:30pm and Devan knocked on my door before 10pm. Great guy, great worker and the type of person that any company would be lucky to have. Stephen showed up on time, polite, and clean. He was thorough and quick. Stephen even made sure we got a next generation model for our fan. We now have cool air pumping through the house.

We have gone through big companies before (I won't say the name, but it rhymes with kettle), for our AC needs and we were upcharged and overcharged. No longer. We'll be contacting Paragon Service Pros from now on.

Talk about fast! Devin was here within 1 hour of my initial phone call. He repaired the broken parts on the AC unit and I have cool air blowing right away. Extremely professional and responsive! Very good at explaining everything regarding financing if I need a new unit. I appreciate an honest and kind repair service!

Paragon was fantastic. 30 min after our call at 7p on a Friday night, the tech, Devan, was at our door and an hour later he was finished. He quickly diagnosed the problem on our 17 year old unit and only replaced the broken part with no sales pitch for a new unit!

Great experience getting my AC fixed! Keola came out and did an Amazing job explained everything thoroughly and was quick. Fair price and excellent service!

Service technician came out and offered to repair a part hoping it would help give new life to the AC unit. Ultimately it did not help. However upon learning this, a second technician was sent to my house the following day to look and see if a solution could be found. The system is too old and what’s been done is about all that can be done.
