Initial interaction was great. Terry was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He will be coming back out to complete the work as soon as the equipment arrives! I will follow up with a full review once work has been completed.

I had Choice Warranty Insurance and my air Conditioner broke down ,Choice Warranty called in a repair Company to come and looked at my air conditioner after looking at everything they said that I needed $1,500 in repairs to fix my Air Conditioner and that $,1,200 of that I had to paid out of pocket for the repairs. I had this Gut feeling that they weren’t on the up and up about the repairs needed and that they just wanted to make money off me. I didn’t agree with the Company on their price so I called Choice Warranty back and advised them of my concerns they said that I would have to paid the service fee of $60.00 again to have another company to looked at my air conditioner. I agree to pay the services fees again and Choice Warranty sent out Salais Air from Sun City to come and looked at my air conditioner. Salais Air is a small business run by Terry Salais and his daughter. Terry Salais show up at my house and examined my air conditioner Terry advised me that I needed a motor for the . . the fan. I agree with his estimate and got my air conditioner fix and only had to paid the $60.00 out of pocket expenses for them to fix it.So yes I would Highly Recommend Salais Air to anyone in need of Air Conditioner repairs. Thank You Salais Air for being truthful and honest about what was needed to fix my air conditioner.

Owner/tech Terry came and diagnosed my AC on July 7 and was sent to my home warranty company. Part arrived August 9th and on August 10 Salais Air submitted a new diagnosis now including $800 charges in modifications to my AC. After speaking with Terry he said it was labor. But my home warranty company would cover the labor to replace this cost. Bait and switch to get $800 out of my pocket from me after not having AC over 30 days in Phoenix area in July.u My home warranty said they covered labor but not modifications. Terry said pretty much it was their fault the charges were not on the there in July and had to be paid out of pocket by me. All he had to do was submit it correctly for it to be covered and this was verified with my home warranty company. Buyer beware of extra charges.

Terry came out and looked at my unit. He got it up and running. He assured me that if I have any more issues that I could just call him and he would come out and take care of it again. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

I had this company come out to find a leak in my AC and they came out and said my schrader valve was leaking and replaced it. However he put leak seal and leak finder in the system at all. 3 weeks later it all leaked out again. So if my schrader valve was the issue, and you fixed it, why did I need leak finder/seal? I tried to call the company back and they said to try my home warranty company again even though they declined it the first time. The guy that came out told me if it happens again they will pay me back for the $500 they charged for 410freon. The next company that came out told me that salais air ripped me off. I am waiting for my money back from this company. Probably not going to happen.
