Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I have had with a contractor. They installed an under sink water at my business about 1 year ago. It failed, so we called them out to fix it again, close to warranty timeout but that wasn't the issue. The tech checked the unit and told us that it was wired incorrectly, supplying 220V to a 120V. I explained that they installed the unit last year and how could this be? His reply "I don't know what to tell you". I called the company and asked for a manager to call me back; they didn't and I ended up calling them again. I was connected to "Pete" who gave me a CYA answer about voltage and then "they installed a direct replacement, so you need an electrician". I explained, again, that they installed the unit a year ago and asked why wasn't the voltage problem found at that time? And how could a 120V unit last a year hooked up to a 220V. He said that they simply hooked up a direct replacement and don't check that during the install. WHAT? Your company installs electric water heaters and doesn't bother to check voltage? Totally ridiculous response to my valid questions. I wonder how many older retired folks that really don't know anything about electrical issues get burned by this company every year with this kind of BS? I would give them a 0 Stars rating but you can't do that.

I received 3 quotes to install a new water heater. The quotes were comparable but I chose Arico because the gentleman providing us our quote gave us a great explanation of the services we were looking for.. The Arico Technician, Angel, arrived promptly and advised the steps he was taking to remove our 12 year old water heater and install our new one. Then he provided a detail info on the water heater itself. Everyone was very professional from the time I first called through the installation.

We worked with Arico through our warranty company for our AC coil that wasn't working. Tim did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting all the necessary information to the warranty company. They kept us informed during the waiting process and made sure we got the right parts. Tim came out and finished the whole exchange in an afternoon and was very patient with my questions, he even went the extra mile to help us get our outside unit cleaned up and prepared for the summer. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises.

I can always rely on Arico for excellent,reliable service. Many years ago I had a water pipe break outside & I called three well known companies to get an estimate but I also needed service soon. Arico was the first to arrive, the best price and the friendliest. I only call them now. I recently have needed to call them for two different services and both times Josh was my serviceman. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and finished each job in record time I couldn't be more pleased!!

We have been customers of Arico and have never been disappointed with their quality of work and service. For our most recent call our technician John showed up on time and was personable and professional and made sure not to leave a mess behind when the job was done. My Joe Homeowner attempt at plumbing that had gone sideways was quickly resolved and he gave me the names of a couple places in town that I could try for the hard to find parts for our 40 year old faucets. He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to finish up another project that is going to save me time and avoid some aggravation. I highly recommend Arico in general and John in particular.

I have used this company for years and have previously gave 4 star reviews. However, now with an emergency main water line leak, they tried to rip me off with a $10,000 repair estimate for what other plumbers charged $3500. In addition, their bid was just a number, no details, no warranty, and no explanations,. Disreputable to an old customer.

Arico has been amazing with working around my schedule. As another Service Business Owner we can't always keep appointments because we are providing services to our customers. Arico calls to check/remind, tells us their schedule, gives us lead times and then gets the service done expeditiously. Thank you for being flexible, honest and hard working!!

I have a home warranty who sent 3 companies out to my house to diagnose my ac unit. All three companies spent 10 minutes in their diagnosis to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit. We got Arico out and Tim, took his time and was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis where he found several issues. Ultimately, the unit was in such bad shape, I was told the parts needed to fix it were more expensive than a new unit. They scheduled me quickly, got a crane to my house and removed the old and installed the new unit in lightning fast time. Tim was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and had an answer to my every question and explained things so that I understood. I am thrilled with the service I have received from Arico and highly recommend them!!

Arico recently installed an efficient, high quality air conditioner in my home. They gave me a fair quote and, when unforeseen circumstances were encountered, they addressed the problems without charging additional fees. Their sales rep Steve and installer Tim were knowledgeable about the available options and provided professional, outstanding service. Having had plumbing issues in our new house, we've had a couple of different places sent that our home warranty company sent over. I've grown a little weary of plumbers during the process. We had Roger out, and he explained everything to me in great detail...why he is doing this or that, what it will resolve, etc. I'm no plumber so his explanations are welcoming. Very friendly, quick service and good work. I've now found the plumbing company I'll use in the future.
