Awful! Had a tough time getting them to even show up on time...TWICE in the same day! Overcharged by 400%!!! What we were told for an estimate was WAY off!!! (neither the job, or the materials changed). Had to "hold their hands" to get them to get the job done! Left 2 messages to discuss this, and no one has returned the calls in 3 business days. Never again! Use someone else....anybody!!!

Had two units installed and less than one year later both units went out. Found out this was due to poor install and all the refrigerant leaked out of both units. Atlantis changed me $400 to fix their poor installation. They were very difficult to deal with over the phone. Stay away.
