B & J Refrigeration Inc. - Heating and Cooling

B & J Refrigeration provided us with great service for our installation of 2 new HVAC units. Tony (technician) and Shawn were both outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and working as it should. They were prompt, clean, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We've used B&J for both heating and cooling system installation. We had an emergency cooling issue today and they were able to send technicians out the same day. Hayden and Josh came out and not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were the absolute nicest workers we've ever encountered. When the issue turned out to be a plumbing issue and outside the scope of their work, they still stayed on site so they could explain to multiple plumbing companies the details of what repairs were needed. I would recommend B&J to anyone, but especially if Hayden and Josh are the technicians assigned to the job! I was blown away with our experience! Thank you both for doing everything you could to try and alleviate our issue!

I have used B&J for years to service my HVAC units. The technicians and the office staff are just really nice people to deal with. They have never suggested a service or repair that I didn't need, and when a repair is necessary, the price is always reasonable.

I respect and appreciate a business that makes me feel like I'm important to them and B & J does just that. But also important is feeling confident that I'm getting what I paid for by a knowledgeable tech. Thank you to Nick C for a job well done.

I recently used B & J Refrigeration for HVAC system maintenance. The tech that serviced my home was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and my HVAC system is running better than ever. I also had an issue with some pack rats burrowing under my condenser and they were able to advise me on a course of action. Highly recommend!

The two installation representatives did an efficient job of installing both a new AC unit and a new furnace. That was expected and delivered. However, we had experienced poor circulation to the most distal BR from the previous units. They installed dampers in two different areas of the ductwork and new transfer registry above the distal BR door. Together, those changes have made a huge difference in getting heating and cooling to that BR. I was skeptical that it would work, but it has worked incredibly well. Excellent job.

Service tech, Gabe, called en route and arrived on time. Knew both systems (Fujitsu & Rheem) being serviced well. Worked efficiently to thoroughly inspect & clean. Identified loose screws from another companies system install and tightened. Will use B&J from now on.

We had a new A/C unit, furnace, and thermostat installed today, and we couldn’t be happier! We got bids from five different companies for the job, and I’m so glad we went with this one. Huge shoutout to the team that did this massive job for us in one day — Tony, Robert, and Jesus — you guys were so kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and you did such a great job on everything! This could have been a stressful thing, but you made it so easy from start to finish, and you were all so respectful of us and our home. B & J replaced our AC unit earlier this year (2022), and we're more than happy with the results. I had ten different companies come out for estimates, and B & J stood out compared to the rest. They weren't the lowest price, but they instilled the most confidence out of any other company. Lawrence, the salesman and a tenured employee (I think he said he'd been with the company for around 20 years), even came back to take another look at our set-up (an older house with small intake vent) bringing Shawn (the owner) with him. Together, they came up with a solution to run an additional intake vent out of our laundry room.

After a short delay waiting for parts (a few weeks), Tony and Martin came out and installed the new system in about a day and a half. They we're very professional, super-thorough, and really nice, hard-working guys. Tony, especially awesome (and also a 15+ year employee), worked with me to adjust the new thermostat, the system fan, and even came out to check on the unit on his day off, a few days later, after I had a question about how it was cooling. Turns out, a wire was loose, which he diagnosed and fixed right away.

From the receptionist who picked up (always on the first or second ring), to the the salesman, the installers/techs, and to the owner, I've felt great with the decision to go with B & J for our new home AC. I highly recommend them for any AC services needed.

Received an email saying technician was on his way, arrived on time.
Very professional with his work, answered all our questions and provided great advice.
We're now enrolled with their yearly service plan.
