I returned from vacation to find my AC unit was not working. I called Done Rite Services early the next morning and the office staff worked miracles to get a technician to me the same day. Todd arrived right on time and had my unit back up and running in no time at all. Fast, efficient, and affordable. I would give Done Rite Services the highest marks available.

Jordan was very informative and knowledgeable. He was professional and worked hard to not only conduct normal maintenance, but to inform me on how to care for the unit..

Done Rite installed the unit along with my water heater and other units. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Came down to visit My grandma and realized that her house had a leak in her guest bathroom, called Done Rite and they came out to take care of her! Was very professional and on time. Gina was so nice on the phone and got me scheduled right away for my summer maintenance. The technician was great. I'm a renter and my landlord uses their services. This is the second year in a row that they have come out for annual maintenance and NOT performed said maintenance. My AC stopped working 2 days after they came and now I have to set aside my plans so I can wait for them to come and finish the job. They never even came inside the house to check the thermostat and filter yet they billed my landlord for exactly that. They billed her for the AC filter I replaced! They never came inside the house! Do yourself a favor and call around. Spend a little money and get a quality job done right, NOT Rite.

Big thanks to Danny, Marcos and Angel for putting in a new tankless heater then fixing the cartridge in one of our showers. The work looked like it was done well (at least better than the stuff we had done before!) and they were all really friendly. Looking forward to having DoneRite do some other stuff around the house.

Nice and professional but my request for service literally stated "Clogged pipes need cleaning and water heater repaired". They came and replaced the water heater and fixed the faucets but did not snake my pipes. Everything looked to be working when they left but my sinks are still not draining. Grrrrrr.
