I got the feeling they really cared about helping us first and the technician Scott French was a lifesaver.
Absolutely amazing! Scott French was responsive at 8pm when I had another company inspecting my HVAC. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and be out the first day I was available to install a new unit. For the price D&H was quoting me for a single coil replacement I was able to get a whole new unit. The installers were also professional, prompt, and efficient. I highly recommend Eazy Breezy!

I absolutely love the two Rheem systems that were installed at my home. The installation was performed cleanly and efficiently with one "OOOPS" Our floors are some type of concrete overlay...very pretty design at front door. When removing the old furnace, he did so by himself and ultimately left a scar on the floor. Have made contact with owner once.
Incidentally, my wife had asked the installer if he needed a blanket for the floor..
Thank you very much for your immediate response on June 13th, a Sunday no less, when the out door temperature was 100 plus and my a/c was not working and I also had company staying at my house. When I called and talked to Scott his immediate response was I will be right over, on Sunday no less. My unit was installed 4 and a half years ago by your company and way back then I was impressed by your installers. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for your great service. I am so very greatful. Great job Easy Brezzy! You did good!
We had an AC issue come up during a home inspection. The seller had Eazy Breezy come out and perform a leak check. They paid $600 worth of repairs and we thought the issue was solved.
2 weeks into moving into our home and there’s no cold air coming out of the upstairs vents. We call our home warranty company and they send out Eazy Breezy.
The technician finds a leak in the evaporator coil. He quotes me $375, 5 hour job @ $75/hr labor. 30 minutes later he tells me that’s a mistake as our unit is in the attic. It will be $1200 as it’s now an 8 hour job requiring 2 men at $75/hour. (Home warranty doesn’t cover leaks and part was under warranty)
My husband calls to schedule repairs. He speaks with Aurelia. He tells her there’s a leak in the coil and it needs to be replaced. On Thursday she sends the incorrect technician for a Freon refill. We have to reschedule on her error.
Jason calls me to reschedule. No apology about sending the wrong guy. He didn’t even introduce himself as the supervisor. I appreciate they were able to send people out the next day.
On Friday, they send over 3 technicians. They get the job done in 2 hours. I’m thinking great - I won’t bring up prior issues because we just saved money on some labor. They didn’t run into complications and it’s an easy replacement. 3 men, 2 hours, $75/hr each = $450.
They didn’t have a card reader so I called the office to pay. She says it’s $1200 regardless. I tell her that doesn’t make sense with the math. She’s not listening so I just ask to have her supervisor call back.
Apparently she tells the owner I’m refusing to pay and sends the technicians out to remove the part. I call the supervisor and he explains that the previous technician should have never broken down the payment like that.
I ask for an itemized bill and they can’t give one. They do flat rate accounting because itemization is more expensive. I ask him to please tell the guys to stop taking apart the AC because I never said I wasn’t going to pay. I paid the amount because I got scared and I was now uncomfortable with the people in my house that lied to my face about just rechecking a fuse.
The dispatcher Aurelia is extremely rude and inefficient. She has no customer service skills. The supervisor Jason never even apologized for sending out the wrong guy on Thursday.
I can’t shake the feeling they did something to sabotage the unit when they initially thought I was refusing payment.
I will never do business with them again. The trust is broken. Which is a shame because my husband and I are shopping around for a maintenance plan.
Chris repaired our AC and it is working nicely! He was very professional, informative, and have us tips on how to keep our system running efficiently!!
Very very bad company, not reliable at all, they came to my place for the heating system issue, they came up with wrong diagnosis, and changed the blower motor, BUT they installed a wrong motor with way lower amp than the right one, when I mentioned to them they said no it is the right one and my issue is not the blower motor is from the vent registers, WRONG WRONG WRONG, I hired another company and they came and they installed the right motor, I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS. COMPANY EVEN TO MY ENEMIES. be very careful. Very bad company.
Went above and beyond to get my elderly mother air conditioning. They went out of their way to get the unit, and get everyone scheduled to get it done on a HOLIDAY! How awesome is that? Thank you very much, Scott and the rest of your team.
Great company was on time and went out of there way to make sure my AC was done. They did install on Saturday. I told them it was a go Friday evening and they were here Saturday morning
