Evans Cool Solutions Instal a gas pack a/c unit on my manufactured home replacing split system that came with the home. They were very professional and the workmanship was outstanding. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them for a similar installation at her home. I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s staff.

Yet again Evans cool solutions saved my butt. They are one of the most professional companies I’ve dealt with and I hate to say that I’ve had more than one AC problem. They got my back and they took care of my family because I have a special needs daughter who can’t be in the heat for too long. I would recommend them to anybody in any field or profession please guys get the job done. They are quick and efficient and that they will always be my AC team.

My mom and I had maintenance done 6 days ago. The AC quit working the following morning. We reached out to have the tech come back to check it. He stated he may have overfilled the freon. Then he stated he didnt have a vehicle to get to us. We had to call the tech every day to ask when he was coming. He did not follow up with us on his own accord once. My elderly mother, two dogs, and myself with an autoimmune condition, were left in a hot house 6 days until we called someone else. The last conversation with the tech assured us he'd call after 2pm to let us know when he was coming. He did not call.

No hot air from this group of pros....! On time, on target with price, bullseye with quality..! Josh did what he said he would do. That, in itself, is a business model that is trustworthy and couched in integrity. I have had the opportunity to need HVAC services for numerous locations. My go-to guy for 30 years retired. The hunt for quality, dependable service frightened me. This is a service need that can equate to ma$$ive expenses. I rest, now knowing that my cooling, heating, and service needs are pledged to: EVANS COOL SOLUTIONS.

Extremely pleased! In the middle of a super hot, super busy AC repair season, Joshua, the owner, responded to my service call within 45min. And he had my AC fixed literally 10min later! This was after calling dozens of other companies and being told they couldn't come until for 24-48. Evans saved the day and did quality and professional work.

I called Evans Cooling about a problem I was having locating heat strips for my eleven year old Arcoaire heat pump. Another contractor hadn't been able to locate them either, but I didn't want to give up without checking another source.

Dealing with Josh Evans was a very positive experience. He came to the house on time, was very knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC work, and most important of all, very forthcoming and honest in his opinions and recommendations. He inspired trust immediately.

He wasn't able to help me find the strips for my unit, but when the decision is made to replace this old unit with a new one, he's the first call I'll make.
