Jerry was great. I went from quote to cool in just 4 days. He came out after I got off work, after 5pm and he finished up on a Sunday night. Great communication and responsive. He was friendly and professional and well, even my dog liked him. So that's the best recommendation. 😀 I encourage anyone needing HVAC work to give Jerry a call.

I highly recommend HVAC Heating and Cooling. Jerry, the owner, is very responsive, prompt and professional. We had a unique job of removing an old furnace from under our historic house. We had other companies either pass on the job or give very high quotes. Jerry came out right away after I called and provided us with a same day quote that was reasonable for the scope of work. On the day we scheduled the job, he arrived right on time and was very efficient in completing the work. Clean up was thorough and he hauled away all the debris. 5+ stars all the way! Jerry will be my first call next time - a move that I feel confident will save both time and money.

I can explain how great full we are to HVAC Heating and Cooling LLC! Jerry was on it! We called and with in 15 min he was here. Walked me through the problem and didn’t give up till he got my compressor was up and running not to mention showed me where my air filter is! So to Jerry my family thanks you!

My AC unit decided to call it quits at the worst possible time. The company I had used previously went out of business. I was a bit panicked because it was a Saturday afternoon, temperatures were over 100, and my house was 90 degrees. I found this company thru Google and took a chance. Jerry called me back immediately and was at my house in under an hour. He showed us the issue and gave us honest options. He had to get a new unit, so it was going to be Monday before it was fixed but he promised to be out early. Today (Sunday) Jerry reached out and asked if he could do it today! He was here about an hour later and got right to work. By noon my new AC unit was in and going. This guy is a lifesaver! He is the most professional HVAC technician I've ever dealt with. Jerry saved us $700 over what Intelligent Design Heating and Cooling quoted for the same repair. Very quick response, and he went and got the necessary part and installed it the same day. Efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Small family-owned business.

First I want to thank Jerry for taking his time to go to my parents house and check out air conditioner, not only did he get there super fast but he was very honest. He installed the next and he worked in the rain he knew how hot it was for my parents not to have air conditioning. The moment we turned on the air conditioner it felt so nice and cool.
