Sean and Rick are great. We had trouble with our home warranty moving things along in a timely fashion. We will be using Rick and Sean for future repairs WITHOUT our home warranty since we are cancelling our contract with 2-10 home buyer's warranty.

L and M completed an inspection for the home I purchased. They fixed everything. They also noticed there were issues with the heating system. They repaired the heating system at no charge. They also have an annual maintenance contract for our ac and they are so nice and so knowledgeable about the ac and heating systems in our home. They are a family run business—the best kind of business—and they all get along. Great company!

Our air conditioner went out and 2-10 Home Warranty sent Sean from L&M Home Comfort to inspect and repair our unit. Sean arrived on time and did a thorough inspection on both of our units. Sean determined that it would be best to replace the one unit as there were several big issues. Sean was very professional and worked very hard with 2-10 as they initially did not want to follow his recommendation. Sean persevered and our unit was replaced. This L and M company burned wire to my AC unit burned my AC platform burned insulation burned items around my AC and close to my house they could have burned down my house also installed the wrong compressor fail to send work order to 2-10 from 7/11 to 8/3 I have been without an AC since 10 July 2020 to present due to their lack of experience or not caring STAY AWAY .We had to get another company
