Last night my tenant called to say the ac was no longer cooling. I called and immediately got a response from One Hour Air Conditioning offering their price for diagnostic and help to schedule service. The tech was able to come put right away and arrived quickly within the time frame given. The tech swiftly identified the issues, called me for authorization on the work, and got the system up and running for my tenant. I love that the team was quick, professional, and warranted their work. My home warranty company wouldn’t be able to get anyone to call me for 24-48 hours and in the heat of summer in Az, that isn’t acceptable. While the final price for work was a bit steep last night, the quality and professionalism of the work was well worth the price! Cannot beat the expedience and professionalism!

They broken and damaged my treadmill. company is not taking responsibility I would be careful about letting them in your house. Dispute it for 8 months and got nothing in return besides a headache

Hector provided us prompt, professional and courteous service when our AC suddenly stopped working. They arrived within a half hour and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He also performed extra checks to make sure the system worked properly. Overall they left me pretty impressed and I am glad our AC is working again.

Fantastic service for full installation; they previously serviced my aged original system (installed 1995) so I knew it was going. After shopping around, I got the best equipment and absolutely the best installation.

I am extremely happy with the work done when my A/C stopped working on an extremely hot day (temp. 108). The technician responded quickly on a Sunday and was very courteous and professional. Did the repairs necessary and my A/C was working in no time. I am so thankful!

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Tucson is absolutely a first rate company! I called them on a Saturday evening because my condenser unit stopped working. They were the only company that was able to send a technician to me. David was simply amazing -- very professional, knowledgable, not rushing, and did not push anything on me. He was able to do a temporary fix that night. The system ultimately died a few days later (it was a very old system) and David made himself available in the late evening to provide consultation on a new system and get me quotes. The next day, David, Roman, and Jacob were back at my place installing a whole new system. Their install job was A+ and their service was top notch. I could not be more happy with this company and this group of technicians. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Tucson!

AC went out late Saturday night. Called at 10pm and we’re able to get an appointment on Sunday at 8am. Hector came on time and quickly got or air conditioning working again. So great full to get it fixed on this long 4th of July weekend. Highly Recommend! Very professional!

The technician, Armani, was very professional and explained everything thoroughly as he diagnosed my AC issue. He was on time and completed the work needed in a timely manner too. I would recommend to others.

This company was stellar!! Office was very responsive, and had automatic scheduling confirmations. They were able to schedule me then get me in even sooner after checking the schedule more carefully. My technician was very professional and kind and made sure the job was done right. Most AC repair contractors went up on the roof for 20 min max but these guys were up there in the heat and checking everything out. I will be saving their information for next time. This is a company that is run correctly.
