They came out to look at unit in May. The pictures are how they left it (Parker and Sons took the photos). The unit blows warm air now in mid July and it is because Pantano left our wiring like this. Fire hazard. I don't recommend.

The Mgr of my MHP recommended Pantano and I was very happy with there response time land Service call. Fred explained everything to me about my AC unit and I was totally satisfied with the whole experience. He even came back to double check the airflow, which we figured out. I went from blowing 51° to 37° after service and I didn't need a recharge just a basic service.
He even told me how to save money next time by getting on there Bi-Yearly service contract which includes your AC in the Spring and the Fall Furnace check up. This way my Home Warranty will be valid if it comes to that.
Actually cheaper than calling them when you add things up.
I was happy overall and would recommend Pantano to anyone that needs a answer or Service. I would highly recommend their yearly service contract to keep everything running smoothly and to save money.

We recently purchased a new home and the inspection report detailed multiple issues with HVAC system. I decided to use Pantano as they're familiar with the York systems like the one installed in my home. They rewired the thermostat, replaced the conduit, installed new insulation and resealed the air handler.
The techs were knowledgable, professional and the price was fair. Now I have the piece of mind that my HAVAC is installed correctly by a professional company.

If you are looking for an A/C, give these guys a call. When I went to replace my A/C, they had the best bid for a high end unit. They got it installed and running quickly and on schedule. Since then I've had to have them come out and fix it because it blew out a capacitor due to the excess heat. They fixed it next day, on a Saturday, handled all the warranty stuff and had me back up and running.

I can't say enough about the great job Jaime Ruvalcaba and Fred with Pantano C&H did for us! We had a compressor seize up and stop. Jaime came out on Labor Day weekend and got it going. He identified deteriorated windings on the 15 to 20 year old unit and explained the need to consider a new unit. Pricing was reasonable and competitive for comparable equipment and installation in the Tucson area. They installed a new 2 and 1/2 ton York unit on 9/5/12 coordinating the crane needed to lift off the old and place the new unit. Jaime and Fred explained everything that was being done and within 3 hours the job was done. I recommend them highly to anyone needing any HVAC service in and around the Tucson area.

We decided to cancel these guys after one of their technicians started talking about his strip club experiences on the job, in our home, in front of a mother, a six year old daughter, and a twenty year old daughter. This was extremely unprofessional.
We didn’t fault the company at whole for this but we did call to inform them of what he did and we requested that he not be sent out to our place anymore. They sent him back anyway which made the dynamics extremely uncomfortable.
Then some rude supervisor covers up for the technician and claims that we are “problem clients” because we have a busy professional schedule and we had to reschedule their maintenance on occasion. This mistake was handled horribly, management has serious problems.
